Explore MeditationJamie is a yoga and meditation teacher based out of beautiful East Texas. Jamie's yoga practice began in 2007 after a breakup and at the end of that first yoga class she felt her jaw release from an old childhood accident for the first time during savasana. She began teaching in 2014, has co-lead several assist & adjust workshops, a handful of 200 hr teacher trainings, and received a certificate in anatomy and the SI joint in 2020. When she's not studying anatomy she's taking a nap with her cat Babycakes.
