Welcome to this Weave of Life mini meditation.
So just find a comfortable place to be,
Whether you want to sit or lie down,
That is totally up to you.
Wherever you are,
Just see if you can get even just 10% more comfortable than you are and when you feel ready for it,
You can close your eyes and just start to notice your breath.
Notice the breath going in and out of your body,
All on its own,
Without you having to do anything.
So practice observing this breath and how it's just flowing in and out,
Without you trying to change anything.
Just observe and accept how it is for you right now.
Maybe you're noticing how the breath naturally starts to slow down a little bit,
Maybe you can feel your shoulders dropping a little bit,
How your jaw is softening,
How the muscles in your face is relaxing.
Just allow all of this to happen.
Notice on every inhale,
It's like your body's expanding just a little bit,
Creating a little bit more space for itself and notice how on every exhale,
Your body is relaxing a tiny bit more and releasing what it doesn't need.
And now we're going to start a journey through parts of our body.
We're going to start on the left shoulder,
At the tip of the left shoulder.
So just send all of your focus and attention to this point at the very end of your left shoulder.
And if you're not entirely sure where I mean,
Just be in the area with your focus,
Because your subconsciousness knows where to go.
So bring your full focus and attention to the left shoulder point and if it helps you,
You can imagine you sending your breath here.
And just allow connection and energy to build up in this point.
And now we're going to move our focus and attention through our body on its inside.
So you can imagine you're pulling energy with you from the left shoulder point over to the right shoulder point.
So just move your focus and attention through the upper body over to the right shoulder point,
Located at the tip of your right shoulder.
And then just have your full focus and attention on the right shoulder.
And now we're going to move our full focus and attention through the body in a diagonal way.
So pull your thread of energy or whatever it looks like for you,
Pull it from the right shoulder all the way down through your solar plexus and down to your left hip bone.
And just on the inside of your left hip bone,
You have the hip point.
So just pull this thread of energy with you to the left hip point.
And then rest your full focus and attention and your breath if you like in this point.
And now we keep moving this thread of energy from the left hip point horizontally over to the right hip point.
Located on the inside of your hip bone,
Just move your focus and attention over to your right hip and allow connection and energy to build up here.
And now let us move and pull this thread of energy diagonally up through our body,
Through solar plexus and up to the left shoulder point where we started.
And just lend your full focus and attention in your left shoulder point again.
And now we're just gonna move through this weave of life mini version one more time,
A little bit faster to just enhance the connection that we have built.
So just move your focus and attention along the thread you've created from your left shoulder point through the body over to the right shoulder point.
And then moving down diagonally from the right shoulder point and down to the left hip point.
And then from the left hip point horizontally over to the right hip point.
And then diagonally from the right hip point and up to the left shoulder point.
And we're going to go through the weave one last time,
But we're going to go the other way now.
So we're starting again at the left shoulder point and we're moving diagonally down to the right hip point.
And then we move from the right hip point over to the left hip point.
And then diagonally up from the left hip point up to the right shoulder point.
And then from the right shoulder point back over to the left shoulder point.
And now you can just take a minute and see if you can feel these pathways of energy you have created.
If you can feel any movement or any sensations.
Whatever comes to you or doesn't come,
Practice accepting what is.
And just receive whatever is coming or not.
And now at the very end of this meditation,
You can go to your solar plexus and just feel how all these four points we have gone through,
How they are feeding your solar plexus with energy.
And now,
As we have come to the end of the meditation,
You can again start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Maybe stretch your body a little bit,
Open your eyes when you're ready,
And come back into the place where you are.
