Hello beautiful souls,
This is June B bringing you a meditation to release your troubles.
So get into your favourite relaxing and meditating position.
Make sure you're comfortable.
Close your eyes,
Relax your muscles and slowly and gently empty your mind.
Release what has happened today and let's go on our journey together.
Now focus on your breathing,
Slowing down the heart rate and let's take some nourishing breaths together.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe out.
Last time,
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
We are here in this moment and I want you to listen to my voice.
If you have a crystal,
Now is the time to hold it and say,
Crystal,
Bring me all the power you need to right now.
If you don't have a crystal,
Then with your hand on your heart,
Say,
Heart,
Show me what I need to know.
You are sitting on a beach,
On a comfortable seat.
You are right where the waves come up and wash over your feet.
The waves are breaking in the distance and all is well.
The water is tickling your toes every time it comes in and out.
Cool and fresh.
Caressing your feet now,
In and out.
Imagine the scene now.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now think about what might be troubling you.
What you think you have lost.
What you think you are missing out on.
What you are disappointed about.
What grief you have right now.
Have that in your mind.
Focus on it for a moment.
Let the feelings come up.
They may not be pleasant.
It is okay though.
You are safe.
We are safe.
We are here together to face whatever comes up for you.
Let the thoughts come and know they will not harm you or overwhelm you at this time.
Now breathe.
Release those thoughts now.
Hold them in your hands.
Put them down in front of you.
Right on the floor in front of you.
Now let's focus on good thoughts.
When was the last time you were happy and filled with joy?
Think on this time now.
In all the details.
Who was there?
Where were you?
What was the scene?
And most important,
How did you feel?
Go deep into that now.
Bring back that feeling of joy,
Happiness,
Gratitude and love.
Whatever you feel that is good,
Multiply that feeling and bring it close to you.
Now for a moment,
Look down at this thing that is troubling you and slowly watch it float away with each set of waves that come in and out.
As it floats away,
Deepen your feeling of joy and happiness.
Fill your heart with gratitude.
The further this thing that is troubling you goes out to sea,
The deeper and stronger the feeling of happiness and love will increase.
Breathe.
Now hold on to your crystal a little closer and touch your heart a little deeper and remember that feeling of love,
Joy,
Happiness and gratitude.
Hold on to it and feel it even deeper.
Now open your eyes and smile.
Give yourself a hug.
Write down anything that came up for you in your journal and you can always do this meditation again later on today or at any time you need to let go of something heavy and increase that feeling of deep and comforting love.
