J'Cil White's journey to meditation began long before she became a teacher. Like many, she has experienced seasons of grief, heartbreak, and uncertainty that have led to her profound personal transformation. During some of life's most difficult moments, she found herself searching for peace, meaning, and a way back to herself. That search led her to meditation, mindfulness, and the self-realization practice of Kriya Yoga. One of J'Cil's greatest teachers, even yet, has been her role as a caregiver for her mother, who is living with dementia. Walking beside her on this journey has deepened her understanding of presence, compassion, and patience. It has taught her that healing is not always found in changing our circumstances, but in learning to meet ourselves and others exactly where we are. As a Certified Meditation Facilitator and Somatic Practitioner, J'Cil is passionate about helping others cultivate greater peace, presence, and connection in their everyday lives. For J’Cil meditation is not about escaping life, but learning to meet it with greater grace and resilience. Her hope is that each meditation, live session, and moment of reflection serves as a gentle reminder that even in life's most difficult seasons, peace, healing, and resilience remain within reach. Whether navigating stress, anxiety, grief, caregiving, burnout, life transitions, or simply longing for a deeper connection, all are welcome here in this healing space.
