Explore MeditationRaised in an international family, Jenny von Weisenborn has lived and traveled around the world. Her yoga journey began in 2010 in Korea and continued when she returned to the US the following year. In 2019, she pursued her 200-hour yoga teacher training in San Diego. Her practice has evolved through the years, opening her mind and heart to the full experience of mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Through yoga, she discovers self-awareness and accessible tools to help regulate and nurture the nervous system. As your guide, Jenny’s intention is to empower you to connect with yourself through conscious self-care and awareness of the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and breath. With a calm presence and a soothing and methodical approach, Jenny infuses her classes with grounding, guided meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and moments to lean into pause, self-reflection, and rest. After receiving frequent requests from students throughout the years to create guided meditations, Jenny is pleased to now offer this resource as an accessible tool in your self-care kit whenever you need it.
