I am a psychologist, hypnotherapist & biofeedback therapist, coach with over 20yrs of mental health practice in multicultural settings. I am also a senior lecturer for the National Centre For Eating Disorders in the UK and I teach healthcare professionals seeking to acquire accredited professional skills. I also offer private single client integrative CBT & Mindfulness based retreat program in Bali. As well as online counseling to anyone struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, ptsd and other life challenges. I founded the Middle East Eating Disorders Association (MEEDA), an NGO in the Middle East dedicated to helping anyone struggling with Eating Disorders. I was initiated to transcendental meditation when I was 18yrs old and I know that the benefits of meditation to one’s mental and physical health and wellbeing is of utmost importance. It is for this reason that I combine meditation and mindfulness in my professional practice. Guided meditations are a way for me to spread calm, inner peace, hope and healing.
