Most of us spend a great deal of time thinking and doing and very little time, if any, just being. This causes a great deal of strain on our bodies and minds, particularly on our nervous systems. Let's take time together to settle into being. For just five minutes, or longer if you'd like, let all else fall away.

Let's take some time to just connect with what we're feeling in the moment.

To settle into the body,

Taking a brief respite from all of the thinking and doing.

And settling into being,

To feeling and sensing.

Noticing how it feels to be in this body in this moment.

Feeling the supports that are holding the body.

Feeling the ground,

The connection with the earth.

Only opening to receiving all that is available in this moment.

With each breath flowing in and out.

Open and spacious.

Feeling the support of the life force energy.

The same energy that is bringing life up all around us.

That is continuing to breathe us.

Feel it flowing and guiding you back home to yourself just as you are in this moment.

Feel the presence of this life flowing through your body,

Through every cell.

Feel the presence of life healing you.

Knowing that you have everything you need in this moment.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Anything else you need to do.

Drop in.

Drop into being,

Into pure awareness itself.

Feel the expansiveness,

The unchanging nature of being as all else falls away.

There is nothing else in this moment.

And in this moment,

There is everything.

Entering yourcompetitive mind.
