Feel the presence of this life flowing through your body,
Through every cell.
Feel the presence of life healing you.
Knowing that you have everything you need in this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Anything else you need to do.
Drop in.
Drop into being,
Into pure awareness itself.
Feel the expansiveness,
The unchanging nature of being as all else falls away.
There is nothing else in this moment.
And in this moment,
There is everything.
