This meditation uses quantum healing, healing that occurs within the realm of Spirit. We bring your past, present and future selves together to garner insight and grow and heal from within. Namaste,

This is Jess and welcome to this inner healing meditation.

So today we'll go deep inside our hearts and we'll ask questions and use visualisations to access our past,

Present and future wisdom.

You may wish to repeat this meditation once a day for the next few weeks and as you repeat this meditation you may begin to experience a change in your thought patterns and your mood and you will know that it is within your power to access your inner wisdom to heal and to grow from within.

So please just make yourself comfortable,

Gently closing your eyes.

See if you can make yourself perhaps 5 or 10% more comfortable.

We'll start with some breathing exercises to balance the system.

So sitting comfortably,

Your shoulders are relaxed,

Your face is relaxed,

You're sitting up tall but your abdomen is relaxed.

And breathing in through both nostrils so we inhale for 1,

Just relax and breathe normally.

So from this place of balance I want you to take a moment to receive yourself here and now in this space,

In this moment.

Honouring yourself for making this time for yourself,

For your practice,

For this work.

Accept yourself,

Hold yourself however you are arriving here today.

However you are feeling in your physical body,

Your emotional body,

In your mental body and in your spiritual body.

Whoever you are just receive yourself exactly as you are and recognise that you are perfect just as you are in this space here and now.

So now bring your attention to your heart,

Visualise now as your heart begins to connect to each part of your body.

Your solar plexus and your throat in both directions.

All the way down to your base and all the way up to your crown and begin to breathe from the heart itself.

Imagine a spark of silver light in your heart area.

Breathe in and let this silver flame increase in size like a silver flame slowly getting bigger and bigger.

As you breathe in,

So this flame increases.

And now make this flame as big as you can with your breath.

See this flame engulfing you as if you are sitting inside the flame.

Imagine now out in front of you that there is a golden portal and you see a golden door opening.

As you enter through this door there are steps leading downwards.

24 steps.

Each step represents a chamber of your heart and the 24 chambers to our hearts.

As you start climbing down the stairs,

When you reach the bottom you see another golden door.

This is the door to your innermost sanctum.

Only you may enter here.

As you open this door you enter into a chamber and it is a golden chamber.

Your soul many nights comes to this place for rejuvenation and healing.

You have been to this place many many times.

Make it a point to come to this place every day.

This is the place of peace and freedom.

In this golden chamber there are three cushions.

You sit down on one of the cushions.

You feel a familiarity in this place.

You feel good in this place.

You see a being coming towards you and now this being comes to sit on one of the cushions.

This being looks you in the eyes and you look into this beings eyes.

What do you see?

Your eyes.

This is your past self.

This is your younger self.

Just sit for a moment together.

Holding space for each other.

Look at each other.

You see them and they see you.

Say to your younger self.

You are safe.

You are loved.

I am here and I am listening.

Maybe you put your arm around them if that feels appropriate.

Just consider knowing what you know now what advice would you give your younger self?

What would you thank your younger self for?

What would you give your younger self for?

And from this place of love,

Safety and deep appreciation.

I want you to ask your younger self.

How are you feeling?

Just listen for the answers without any particular expectations about what they might be.

Ask your younger self.

What do you need?

Maybe they just need to sit in silence.

Maybe they really need to tell you something.

Asking your younger self.

Is there someone you need to forgive?

Is there someone you need to forgive?

And ask them what do you need to let go of?

And for anything that came up during those questions.

Maybe any worries,

Any concerns.

I want you now to imagine all the answers,

The blocks,

The obstacles or maybe limiting beliefs that your younger self has been holding on to.

I want you to gather them all up in your arms.

I want you to thank each and every one of them for the lessons that they've taught you both.

And now I want you to set them down with grace and ease and breathe a sigh of relief as you both move on.

Now you see another being coming towards you and this being comes to sit on the last of the three cushions.

You look into the eyes of this being and what do you see?

Your eyes.

This is your future self.

You sit for a moment together.

You hold space for each other.

You look at each other.

You see them and they see you.

Imagine what your future self looks like.

How are they feeling?

What have they achieved?

Your future self turns to you and says,

You are safe.

You are loved.

I am here and I am listening.

Just consider for a moment.

What would you say to your future self?

What questions might you have for them?

And consider what advice might your future self have for you?

And lastly,

What would your future self thank you for?

In this safe place of love and familiarity,

The three of you sit together.

Your past self,

Your present self and your future self.

You hold space for each other.

You look at each other.

You see them and they see you.

You are all safe.

You are all loved.

And everything will be okay.

Sitting together in silence for a short while.

If you find that your attention drifts,

Just be happy that you noticed.

Simply bring your attention back to your breath.

I'll keep an eye on the time.

And I'll let you know when it's time to come back.
