Hello,

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to your New Year Grounded Intention Activation.

So just give yourself a few moments to settle into your body.

Allow yourself to move in any way you need.

Just coming to a place of stillness in your own time and in your own way.

As you feel ready,

I invite you to close your eyes or gently lower your gaze.

Allow your breath to be soft and unforced here.

You can place a hand on your chest if that feels supportive now.

And just noticing how you feel in this moment right now.

We acknowledge the wisdom inside you and invite that to make itself known as we journey through this practice today.

So we'll begin by taking one deeper breath here in through the nose and sighing it out through your mouth.

And gently asking yourself,

What do I want to feel more of this year?

And the invitation is to allow the first word or sensation that arises to be enough.

Breathe into that insight.

Invite it to soften into your heart.

Now feeling for the answer,

What would support me in feeling this way?

Perhaps this is a pace you want to move at,

A boundary,

A practice,

Or a truth.

You don't need to create a plan here.

Just placing your awareness here is enough.

In your mind's eye,

See these two things.

Your feeling and your support resting in the very center of your heart.

We take a few deep breaths here,

Anchoring these into your body.

Now invite you to offer these words if they resonate.

I choose intentions that my body resonates with.

I move at a pace that serves me.

Take one more deep and slow breath here in through your nose and releasing out through your mouth.

Notice how it feels to already be embodying this intention in this moment right now.

And when you're ready,

Can gently open the eyes and carry this with you throughout the rest of your day.

Thank you so much for being here.

I'm Jessi Galvin.

Have a beautiful day.
