Jess Kavanagh

Jess is a mental health advocate with a passion for cognitive health, mental resilience, and holistic wellbeing. With grad quals in psychology and neuroscience, over a decade in the health space as a former Registered Nurse, meditation teacher, and yoga/pilates instructor—and lived experience as an autistic individual with ADHD and chronic mental illness—Jess bridges the gap between health, psychology, and neuroscience research to help busy humans discover what truly helps (or doesn’t help) them think, feel, and function better. Her goal? To help as many as possible better handle life’s curveballs and create positive change—without the high-performance rah-rah or hustle culture pressure. Jess is also a mum of two amazing human beings who understands what it’s like to [attempt to] juggle the chaos of sensory and executive function challenges, general family life, school drop-offs, weekend sports, regular exercise, and trying to keep your own sanity in check. So she knows the importance of keeping things simple and relatable. A few of her favourite things: Tea, activewear as everyday wear, bubble baths on rainy days. Good books, baked goods, and going to the toilet alone (when she can). Also, puns. Dislikes include small talk, phone conversations, verbal instructions and flat-pack furniture. Would rather be at home reading a book, always.

That was like a breath of fresh air! Just what was needed, I was feeling fatigued, so sleepy and drained of energy. I lay down for this with some lavender oil on a pillow and then heard your clear, soothing voice bring in the lavender light ✨💜 Thank you for sharing this 🙏 I will be returning often as I live with ME/CFS and this has genuinely helped and brightened my morning, Namaste ✨💖🙏 xxxx
