You should set aside your fears in this moment,
Cast away your worry,
Call forth all things for your highest good,
Because you are enough.
You were put on this earth for a purpose,
And that purpose is to live your best life.
So step into that with this meditation,
Soak up the words that you are about to hear,
Because you are worthy.
You are love.
Settle into the space around you.
Start by taking some slow,
Long,
Deep breaths.
In through your nose,
Out through your nose.
Go ahead and close or cap your eyes.
Feel the rise and the fall of your chest as you breathe.
Really filling your belly,
Filling your lungs.
Settling into the space around you a little more.
Letting go of what just happened,
And not worrying about what's to happen after this meditation.
Simply being here in this moment,
With your body,
Your breath,
And your heart.
Unclench your jaw if you are holding it tight.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Soften your chest and your belly.
Just simply notice any sensations present.
Bring your attention to your thighs,
Your knees,
And your.

Allow yourself to feel your body soften.
Soften your body.
Step into the tenderness you are offering yourself in this moment.
Let go of the busyness.
Let go.
Let go of the expectations.
Simply be here now.
Feel your body.
Connect your body to your breath.
See or imagine the breath flowing in through your nose,
Then down into your lungs.
See the air inside your body after you inhale,
And see it release out.
Feel your chest and stomach gently rise and fall with each breath.
Simply sitting and breathing allows your body to tell your mind,
Take this moment to go a little deeper and send your body a little extra love with the power of I am.
Silently and mindfully repeat several times the phrase after I say it.
I am love.
I am open to try new things.
I am present.
I am patient.
I am compassionate.
I am peaceful.
I am listening to my heart.
I am grace.
I am intentional.
I am letting go.
I am liberation.
I am calm.
I am connected to my heart.
I lead with love.
I am enough.
I trust in my knowing.
I trust in my heart.
Allow these words and phrases to become part of every fiber of your being.
