Jonty specialises in helping people with all types of chronic pain. However, he's also successfully worked with people with anxiety, depression, feeling stuck in life, trauma and addictions. Embodiment through mindfulness and self reflective insight through Internal Family Systems therapy, are the main tools he uses. Two amazing modalities which offer us all the chance to live the life we always wanted to live. In his spare time Jonty enjoy walks in nature, the local farmers market and playing the guitar.
