Hello,
And welcome to your meditation to make today great.
Begin by finding a way to sit comfortably,
Your spine long,
Your shoulders relaxed.
Before you close your eyes,
Take a moment to notice the room around you without needing to change anything,
Just seeing the space where you meditate today,
And how great is it that you have this space to do this practice.
Maybe you can even feel the air on your skin,
And then take a slow breath in and a relaxed breath out.
If you'd like to close your eyes,
You can do so.
And then just internally saying,
I am here,
I have arrived in today.
We'll take a few intentional breaths to really land here.
Inhale through the nose for 1,
2,
3,
4,
Hold,
Exhale slow,
1,
2,
3,
4,
We'll do two more.
Inhale through the nose for 1,
2,
3,
4,
And then exhale like you're blowing up a balloon in slow motion,
3,
4.
Inhaling last one,
2,
3,
4,
And then exhaling through the mouth nice and slow,
1,
2,
3,
4.
Breathing normally now,
And quietly setting the tone for the day.
Today I choose steadiness.
Today I choose clarity.
Today I choose ease.
Even on off days,
I know that progress is made.
And today I choose joy.
I'd like you to imagine yourself moving through your day with a quiet confidence.
You greet people with warmth.
You take pauses when needed.
See the way conversations land easily,
Solutions appear,
Time feels abundant.
Take a long breath in,
And release it out through your mouth,
Softening at your forehead,
Your jaw,
And repeating one final affirmation,
I don't need perfection to make this day great.
My presence is all I need.
Letting those words settle.
And when you're ready,
Blinking your eyes open,
Returning gently to your day.
Awake,
Grounded,
And open to an abundance of good things.
