You have made the conscious effort to take a break and have the next 10 minutes just for you.
It doesn't matter how full on your life is right now,
You deserve this break.
Before we get started,
Just set your intention for the session.
Maybe it's just to take a break.
Maybe there's something that you're trying to process through,
But whatever it is,
Just put it out there and trust that you'll get everything you need from this.
So let's begin by closing our eyes and taking a deep breath in,
In through our nose and feel the air travel deep into our stomach.
And let's just do this a few times.
From here,
Let's just start becoming aware of what's going on around us.
Any sounds or smells and let them just be there as they are.
You may feel that there's something distracting going on and that's making it more difficult,
But just let it be.
This is your moment and there's always going to be things going on around you,
But if you can learn to just stay at peace with it,
You will feel so powerful and in control of your own life.
So just be and observe.
Now that we're aware of what's going on around us and the environment that we're in,
We're now going to bring it into the body and make that our new focus.
And so we're just going to let ourself feel and express how we're feeling and it's okay to feel whatever emotion has come up and let your body just react in any way that it wants to.
There's no right or wrong ways to do this,
So just take some time and let it happen.
Feel those feelings,
Feel how it's affecting your body and where those stresses or whatever they are may be trapped and just let them release.
I'm proud of you for taking this time to just be with you and I hope you're appreciating this time as well and it's feeling really good.
But now we're just going to bring it back to the breathing,
In and out through the nose and deep into the stomach.
So let's just take a minute and reflect on how we've felt.
Do you feel relaxed?
Were there thoughts racing through your head?
Maybe there's thoughts still racing through your head and just remember there is no right or wrong experience,
Whatever happened was meant to be.
So let's just take a minute and just be.
So let's just take one final breath and as we do this,
Just imagine you're breathing in all the extra energy you need to just continue your day,
So let's do that together.
And when you're ready,
Just open your eyes.
