Discover yourself hopping from Point A to B with a newfound sense of relaxation and calm, by acclimatizing to new surroundings easily and making the most of your next adventure.

Virtual Calisthenics In-flight Relaxation Use this FICA in-flight relaxation session when you're in flight and your captain has given the signal to allow electronic devices.
You can begin with your eyes closed if you wish.
You may want to utilize an eye mask or scarf over your eyes to further calm your vision and to signify to others,
Do not disturb if possible.
In this session,
I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state to spend your flight in pure comfort.
You will relax down into a soothing theta wave state,
And if you want to,
You can fall asleep at any time.
In the theta wave state,
You may find your in-flight time flies by more quickly and easily.
Use the in-flight relaxation when you're ready to chill out and deeply relax your body,
Mind,
And emotions,
Letting go of any tensions within your body and muscles,
Stresses in your mind,
And concerns in your emotions.
All anxieties and worries are released and leave.
Afterwards,
You can do any in-flight activity like relax,
Read,
Or watch a movie,
Or if you want,
Keep napping.
You can also go on to the next track to use the in-flight sleeping potion and fall asleep comfortably.
Even if the seatbelt light is turned off at this time,
You should leave your seatbelt on while seated.
Your flight time can drift by now,
And very soon,
You may be surprised at how fast the time has passed,
Adding comfort for the next phase of your journey.
If at any time you need something,
Such as a drink,
A snack,
Using the washrooms,
Or stretching your legs,
Or if anyone needs your attention,
You will awaken to a normal aware state easily and effortlessly.
You will open your eyes,
Pause the program,
And awaken to a normal state of conscious mental awareness,
Being responsive and alert.
Afterwards,
You can close your eyes,
And you will return to the same deep state of relaxation and calm that you were in before,
And you will go right back down.
When your flight is approaching its landing,
You will be awakened,
And you can remove your headphones and follow any instructions for landing.
So it's perfectly okay to let go,
And when you're ready to deeply relax,
And allow your flight time to pass by quickly and easily as you drift away.
Let's begin.
It's time to let it all go now.
It's time to transcend as you fly through the sky.
Whenever you are ready,
If you haven't closed your eyes yet,
You can close them all the way,
And allow your eyelids to shut down all the way,
And they feel heavier and heavier,
And you can wonder how wonderful,
Free,
And easy can you feel during this session and for the rest of the flight.
Time can be allowed to pass by much more quickly and easily when we go into a deep and pure relaxed theta wave state.
I will guide you now into this state to invite your brain to emit slow moving theta waves,
Which will relax you and allow you the opportunity to relieve and release any tensions,
Stresses,
And concerns from your body,
Mind,
And emotions.
You will go so relaxed into a deep and profound state of flight time deep relaxation.
At any time it's okay if you naturally drift away deeper into full on sleep,
And just rest for your flight.
Begin now with some deep and relaxed calming slowed down breathing.
In and out.
In and out.
Easy,
Effortless.
You can just allow your lungs to breathe just as they want to,
To fill yourself with calming,
Soothing oxygen,
Fueling all of you,
And relaxing and taking you deeper.
Send any sounds around you,
And people talking or moving can drift by in the background,
Transcend the noise.
Any feelings of the plane,
Movements,
Or sounds of the engines and air conditioning systems can be allowed to fade away and drift you deeper and deeper now into the pure,
Cool,
Calm,
And deep relaxation.
Very relaxed and so at ease now.
Now just imagine that your body is flowing with pleasure all over yourself.
And now allow the pleasure to run down from the top of your head,
Dripping down through your face and down the back of your neck,
As if hands are smoothing over the roundness of your shoulders,
Washing across your chest,
Feeling from the top of your spine and traveling down,
All the way down,
Through your waist and hips,
Allowing your pelvic bones and seat bones to sink very heavily into the padding of your seat.
You can feel pleasure and release swirling inside your biceps as they rest heavily at your sides and all down your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your hands,
And through all of your fingers to the tips of your fingertips.
And your arms feel very heavy as they rest on the armrest or on your lap.
Now feeling from your pelvis,
Going through your legs,
Thinking about a cleansing energy in your kneecaps that slides down through your calves and ankles,
And through your feet,
And through all of your toes.
Your legs and feet are resting lightly on the ground and anchoring you nicely as the deepening pleasure continues its course,
Flowing through all of your body in a bigger cycle now.
Imagine how good the pleasure and relaxation could become as you do this for a while and go deeper into the pure relaxed ease.
Good,
Pure,
Perfect pleasure.
All of you deepening into good,
Easy,
Cool,
Calm relaxation.
Your muscles beginning to release from within.
As any tensions melt away into just stillness,
Looseness,
And heaviness.
So easy and purely relaxing.
And just so good,
Letting it all go.
And keep breathing deeper and deeper.
Draw the breath deep inside you.
And as you do,

More and more relaxed,

And just allow all the muscles throughout your face to loosen and relax and smooth out all over.
Your jawbone feels very heavy and drops down.
And your teeth separate.
Your lips are totally loose.
All of the muscles in your eyes relax.
Letting your eyeballs become very heavy in their sockets,
Like marbles.
Your eyelids smooth over and feel very round and soft.
Loosen all the muscles now on the surface of your face.
Feel your forehead smooth over as the fingertips are smoothing outwards along your brow.
And there's no concern on your brow or anywhere on your serene,
Weightless forehead.
And as your jaw continues to be weighted down,
It allows any tensions just to melt away.
Fully,
Completely pure.
Taking a complete rest,
Allowing your face to be completely slack.
Feel your temples slide downwards in complete,
Deep and profound relaxation,
Without any cares in the world.
Feeling so beautifully peaceful,
Floating along.
And it's as if heavy weights have been lifted off of your shoulders.
And you now breathe open and big.
Easy,
With an open chest and an open heart and light.
You feel now a new freedom in your shoulders as they loosen up and rest against the seat back.
Very good.
Pure.
Purely relaxed.
Now focus your attention on your body as a whole and feel all the love you have for yourself.
Acknowledging your love for yourself,
For your passion for travel and adventure.
Your soul is thrilled and refueled on the journey.
And you are calmed and set at peace by all the wonderful places,
People and activities you've encountered and will encounter.
Allowing them to restore you and your love.
Say to yourself,
Say in your mind,
I love myself.
I love to move freely,
To treat myself to meaningful experiences.
And I love to relax in this beautiful state of peace.

As I count you down from five to zero,
Just go deeper and deeper down with each and every number.
Deeper down into the relaxation and ease now.

All this will go on around you,
But you can remain still and relaxed in the midst of this activity.

Relaxing you deeper and deeper.
Pure relaxation.
During this flight,
You may encounter some turbulence.
And if that happens,
Just follow the instructions of the crew.
Because airplanes are designed and built to fly safely and very securely through turbulence.
Airplanes are designed to flex.
The wings are designed to bend and flow through the air currents.
The wings provide the lift for the aircraft.
The rest of the aircraft is built around the wings.
On most airplanes,
The wings are made from one continuous piece.
So don't worry,
The wings are secure,
Even if they're jiggling.
Turbulence is uncomfortable,
But not dangerous.
The plane may climb to avoid some of these air patches,
Just like soaring over the clouds.
And now,
Because you are perfectly safe and secure in your flight,
You can let go and drift.
You can fall asleep if you want.
And just allow the flight time to drift away while you are rested and restored.
And relax deeper.
Decompressed and rejuvenated by this deeply relaxing,

You may see another aircraft,
But don't fret if you do.
Because they are coordinated to fly at different heights and directions by air traffic control.
Who are managing the big picture of all the airplanes coming into an airport area.
Flying is a safe mode of transport and can be enjoyed.
Each flight is a routine affair.
You can perfectly relax as nothing needs your attention now.
You can relax through the flight time.
During final approach,
The engine noise may vary.
The wheels will gently touch the ground.
The thrust reversers kick in to slow the taxi speed.
And all is well.
But that is not for a while anyway.
You can continue to relax deeper now.
You can fly the time by.
As you drift so deeply.
And melt away completely.
