Virtual Calisthenics.

Golfers Body Relax.

Prepare to enter into your favorite relaxed state and get your body nice and comfortable in any position you like.

Reclining in a comfortable chair or lying down perhaps.

You are all ready to go into the deep calm,

Into the theta state where nice slow moving theta waves are going to wash over your brain for a deep body relaxation.

This FICA session is the perfect complement to the time you spend thinking about golf already.

In this session your muscles will be relaxed and reset and your mind will be cleared on a subconscious level bringing you closer to your peak performance than ever before.

So let's begin now with breathing in some nice deep long breaths.

Allow all of your muscles to completely let go.

Let go and sink down.

Your limbs are becoming very heavy.

In total relief and comfort breathing deeply.

Good.

Perfect.

Allow any discomfort or tension to simply melt away by taking some more deep cleansing breaths.

Breathe and imagine you are directing nutrient rich oxygen directly to those areas of discomfort.

Breathing directly into any areas.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It works so well.

Maybe you need to do a quick slight shake of your legs from side to side or roll your shoulders and allow them to drop down.

Coming back now to a still relaxed position.

Allow all the tension in your body to dissipate as you begin anew.

There is nothing that needs your attention.

There's nothing required of you other than to follow the sound of my voice as together we focus on developing a deep relaxed profound state and enter into this zone.

I am going to count you down now.

Down into the deep and into the calm.

As you continue to breathe deeply Focus your attention onto your entire body.

And as I count you down from five to one breathe deeply and go deeper.

Ready?

Five.

Letting go now.

Four.

Your body feels as though it is melting into a puddle.

Three.

Deeper and deeper you go.

Two.

So deep and relaxed.

So good.

And one.

You can go twice as deep now and fully release.

Let it all go.

As you bring your mind and body to peace your theta waves increase.

Deeper and deeper.

Breathing just as your lungs want to.

Breathe deeper and deeper.

Letting it all go.

Yeah.

Now as your mind and body are perfectly still your awareness is awakened.

And as you breathe yourself deeper and deeper your body is filled with oxygen that's releasing all your muscles and loosening them until they feel like wet heavy towels.

Allow your muscles to be wet and loose and heavy and just allow them to be just as free as they want to be.

As we breathe deeper and deeper into the calm.

Into the peace.

Your golf game is improving and your spirit is becoming stronger.

Mental virtual optimization is allowing you to develop completely to fully flourish in your golf game and by increasing mindfulness in all areas of your life.

And it's in this state of peace that your body,

Your emotions are refueled into the theta wave state.

All this juicy goodness restores.

Your body is completely fully relaxed now.

And now I want you to go twice as deep.

Ready?

Three.

Two.

And one.

Release it all.

Go twice as deep now.

Good.

As goodness and love take over for improvement.

You are restored.

And you are getting healthier and healthier and better and better.

The best version of yourself.

And in your life your goodness continues its goals,

Its progress,

Its betterment of your life.

Without any need to put down yourself.

But instead you let your high confidence,

Your goodness shine.

In all your ways allowing yourself to continue happy and full of health and inspired to live your life with passion,

Heart and love.

Yeah.

Say to yourself,

Say in your mind.

Caring for myself increases my confidence and ability to achieve my goals.

I cut the bullshit and I live in the pursuit of greatness.

Instilled into your subconscious mind.

Restoring and relieving your body.

Now waking up as I count you back up.
