We're going to come into a much deeper space where we thank this beautiful being for holding so much information.

We thank this beautiful form that has gathered up this information,

Not just from this life,

But the awarenesses and the nuances,

Memories of all lives.

We're going to see ourselves as a marking point along a timeline,

And we're going to see ourselves stepping into this timeline.

And as we do,

We are going to remember that we agreed that we would do this,

That we would just stop doing our own life journey for a little while,

That we would gather all the information that we have known in our encounters,

And feel the content of it,

And bring that understanding that we know through the form,

That information that is so clear to us.

And let's be very willing in our human being now to really look deeply,

Truthfully,

At what it is that we are feeling as pain,

And what we've been trying to fix or help ourselves or another.

And we think about how we played inside of the game,

Wishing for the other to show up in a certain way so that we would not feel this discomfort.

And now let's be here with the discomfort and the absolute gratitude for the one or ones who have brought that awareness to us,

For the role that they have been playing,

For how they showed up in our life,

For the way we interacted,

And for the way it played out.

Let's be here in this human being with a deep sense of honor,

Love,

And respect for the way we've been able to do that,

And know that we know a lot because of that.

Feel here that you are connecting to your free will,

Your willingness to show up and feel it to heal it,

And connect that energy into your throat.

Willing to be here,

Willing to feel this life so that I can remember who I am,

Reactivating my divine and sacred agreement,

Remembering that I said,

Yes,

I will,

I agreed.

And at the same moment that I said I would and I agreed,

So we activated right here at the center,

The solar plexus,

All the gifts,

The codes that were given to us,

Now engaging this once again,

Bringing them out of that place of deep rest,

Reengaging,

Reactivating all the loving light,

Skills,

Codes,

Signals,

All the gifts that are embedded in our beautiful being to do exactly what we said we would do.

We send such immense love to the part of us that is pure human.

We honor this human for all the ways it has fallen and felt pain and understood itself,

The way it has tried to interpret life based upon these feelings as disruptions in the energy field between us and the other.

And we thank this darling being for being so painfully hard upon ourself,

Blaming and shaming ourselves,

Feeling very guilty for the way that we were,

Taking ownership of the place of pain and the distortion because we know as we are the ones feeling it,

We are the ones who can heal it.

And how lovely it is to push it away and say it's their fault,

But we can't let it go because we know it was in our story,

And it is in our story for a jolly good reason.

We send absolute love to those who have played those distorting connections with us.

We see ourselves setting them free now.

We thank them for showing up.

We thank them for bringing us that sense of delight and happiness and love,

Anticipation,

That light energy that feels so good when we connect and it's whole and it's real.

And then we thank them for bringing down the guillotine of devastation upon us because it's a blunt,

Hard knock into that world of what it is supposed to be to what it is now that we see it as contrast.

And we wonder what the hang went on,

How in one moment can it be so clear and lovely,

And the next it's just completely awful.

We think about how we'd again take ownership of that.

We blame and shame ourselves.

We wonder what we've done wrong and why it is that we can't get it right.

Let us free those ones with whom we've been playing this game absolutely 100% now.

I release,

Let go,

And eliminate all tangles,

Chords,

Perceptions,

Beliefs,

All control,

All stories,

Dogma,

Doctrine,

Ancient all the way back through all time,

Fields and dimensions,

All agreements,

Memberships,

Curses,

Oaths,

All plans.

I release them from me and the other,

That this is the absolute last time we will play out these games with one another.

And I stand in that as my new agreement with myself.

There is absolutely no need for this game to continue because I see it so clearly now.

And I see the darling ones who've been playing this game with me clearly.

I see who you are.

I see how well you did.

You made me feel secure and happy,

Confident and loving and gracious and open.

You showed me who I truly am.

You reminded my heart what I long for and what I feel is as truth.

And I thank you so much for that,

For the sweetness.

And now I thank you for the hardness and the bitterness,

The disappointments.

When that door came down and the separation showed itself,

I thank you for showing that to me.

I thank you for being brave enough to step out of my light.

It must have felt so lovely being in my light.

But because you said you would help,

You had to step out of my light,

And I thank you for being brave enough to do that.

For whatever role you played in my life,

Whether I assumed it was rejection or that I wasn't good enough in one way or another,

Whatever these stories are connected to through time,

I release them now.

I thank my beautiful being for understanding the potential we have in disconnection.

I disconnect 100% through all time now.

We pull the plug out the bath,

And all that water,

All that content just runs out.

No attachment,

No neediness,

No story.

It just runs out.

We're grateful.

We just breathe and relax and trust and release,

Let go and eliminate.

Through all time,

Through all fields,

Through all dimensions,

The pain,

The hardship and the struggle,

The suffering,

I release and let it go now.

I release all codes,

Contracts,

Binding agreements.

I let them go.

I see myself standing proud of my being that can discern and understand when we are playing our human game and when we are connecting into our light being.

I'm so proud of the being that I am as a mortal.

I'm so grateful to this beautiful human being.

I'm so grateful to this earth and this life that holds me and supports me in the most wonderful way.

I'm so grateful for the people who hold me and love me no matter what.

I hold myself and love me no matter what.

This tender,

Gentle,

Ridiculous human aspect of me,

I love it.

I love the being that I am.

I honor the being that I am.

I honor my courage,

Fortitude,

Strength,

Determination,

Foolishness.

My stubbornness,

I honor it with all my heart and soul.

The human spirit that is so incredible.

And the human that is holding the energy of distorted spirit,

Life that has been so painful.

And here as a human being,

Informed by the light that we are,

Now creating the greatest healing that I can bring into my being through my human being,

Through my form transform.

What a wonderful gift it is to connect,

To collaborate with my own self in this way.

I could never see myself in any other way.

From this moment forward,

I see and understand the vehicle and the vessel that is giving me so many awarenesses.

And I thank this beautiful being for being so strong and feeling deeply and richly for such a long time.

And I make a new agreement with me now.

My new agreement is that I will receive all information,

Guidance,

Awareness through my subtle gifted awareness.

Through intuition,

Perception,

Heightened connection.

And that I will absolutely honor it and trust it and trust me.

That this body no longer needs any impact points.

Never again will my mind and body have to receive any experience as a human that relates into any of these painful,

Despairing signals of survival,

Struggle and hardship.

That I will continue to work with every breath and every step to bring immense release into this field,

This awareness.

And keep showing up and finding all the beautiful places upon this earth where I can place my souls.

Souls of my feet.

To bring a vibration into the earth.

For those who walk upon that space,

May the vibration touch their souls with their feet and awaken their souls.

I leave an imprint with my footprint.

And in all the places that we can go to in this world,

Where we can place an imprint into the energy,

Into the field,

Into the earth and the water and the air,

Into the plants and the perfumes,

Into the trees and all the creatures.

And into the lives and souls of all beings.

Just being here,

We are the holders of that thread of light.

Feel as if you could rest deeply into it.

Trusting absolutely.

I rest very deeply into this beautiful human being.

Imagining now that every cell,

Bone,

Nerve tissue,

Every mitochondria and every atom of your being begins to open up a little bit more and more light comes around every particle of your being.

The dense structuring opens up.

As I see yourself standing as your human being and then notice the energy that begins to pour in through the top of the crown amplified up through the soles of the feet,

Now beginning to swirl as they come down and towards each other at the solar plexus.

And as the energy spins,

So the field becomes less dense.

We begin to see ourselves opening our energy and the particles of our being into the light.

So much light I can barely see myself as form.

We begin to see ourselves as translucent,

Flowing light in and through around the shape that I know myself to be in my form.

Connecting to this life and flowing.

In this life I'm being held,

Loved,

Guided.

I stand in this beautiful human body as my light being.

I thank all the atoms for arranging my being in this way that I can have a life that sees and reflects and understands,

That perceives and experiences in a certain way because of the form that I'm creating.

We ask now that whatever we create becomes a gracious gift for what is to come.

That we're no longer just creating just to have a life experience or to connect to something that might be relevant.

That we now reassign ourselves,

Claim a new life journey,

A divine and sacred agreement.

That we're showing up in this form,

Bringing a gift of life through it.

And that we all receive all the guidance,

The blessings,

The inspiration to do just that.

The agreement at my throat,

My solar plexus,

Right through the central meridian,

Divine light cord,

Into the silver spiritual umbilical cord that holds me in this life,

Nourishes me while I'm here.

I am being held and loved,

Guided and protected.

We feel a deep sense of gratitude for being able to hold this energy in and through and around this being.

And the heart is open and we feel such immense love for all life.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

I open my heart to experience this life in a whole and a new way.

I trust my heart to guide me,

To open the path ahead of me as I activate my energy towards my magnetic field.

I begin to create and co-create as I drop my awareness down into my heart and begin the walk again here.

There's nothing to do but to allow this beautiful being to completely reset,
