So we're going to go a little further now and we thank this beautiful mind and this body and this life for this amazing journey,
For everything we've known and understood.
We allow this beautiful mind and this body now to accept that nothing ever has been a mistake and that every step and every breath and every beat of our heart is part of a divine orchestration.
There is so much to learn and know and understand and every time we come into an encounter of any kind,
A connection or a collision,
Every time we have an experience,
We are gaining awareness.
We ask now that that awareness is awakening us,
That we can step out of this idea that we are humans that are suffering and enduring just to survive,
Which has been true up to this point.
We step into a new idea that we are beings,
That because we have survived and because we have endured the mess of contrasts and the pain and the misery and the heartache of our humanness and because of this we know.
We know with our heart,
This beautiful heart of ours,
What it is that we would rather have and what we would rather choose.
We think back about all the times when things around us seemed so incredibly challenging,
When there was so much to put up with and face and endure.
We think about what the heart had to say to us.
All the while,
Through all timelines,
This heart has been calling for love and light and wellness and kindness and compassion and mercy.
This heart has never forgotten the way home.
Here embedded and encoded in our heart is the way home,
The way to this new space of higher frequencies,
Higher energies,
When humankind can live in harmony with life and all around it.
We are wired for that and the heart is showing us the way.
We think about all the memories that we are holding in this mind-body system,
The imprints that go way,
Way back,
The signals that we are holding onto.
We've held onto them because we think they are ours and we imagine that we're broken but we're not.
We are just open.
We are opening up to the idea that there is so much more.
And as we begin to open this at the heart and we begin to expand our consciousness,
We ask that we can open our throat,
The energy of receiving,
And that we can begin to receive something else,
A new message,
A new thought,
A new feeling,
New ideas,
Higher awarenesses.
And we think of this little portal of the throat that allows us to reach sustenance,
For nourishment,
For air,
To give it to our body.
We think how the mind controls all of this,
How much we are to receive.
And the mind plays the game,
But do I deserve,
Can I give it to me,
Am I allowed?
And the mind is filled with the ancient thoughts,
Thoughts of shutdown and hardship,
Suffering and enduring.
But to suffer before you can have it,
There's got to be some kind of hardship.
You made your bed,
You line it.
Life's not a bed of roses,
Actually it is.
And imagine that we can recode the system,
The system that says life is hard,
That we are here to endure and suffer and struggle,
And that at the end of it just to survive is good enough.
Imagine we're at that point now,
And we bring an agreement into our throat,
Into our body,
That says but there is more,
And I'm seeking it,
Because my heart is showing me what it is that I am to seek.
This heart is showing me the way home.
This heart is desiring and longing,
And I begin to tune into that and notice how quickly we slam that door shut.
The moment we think of being abundant and prosperous,
Succeeding and thriving,
Enjoying,
Embracing,
Enveloping our being with that which is delightful,
See how fast we slam that door shut.
Imagine that you could be in that point now where you can simply observe,
Observe how the mind will play its games,
Holding us and confining us and imprisoning us in an old structure,
Locking us in with fear and dread and forboding,
Games of manipulation,
Games of dependence,
Reliance and neediness,
Games of burdens and obligations.
I can only have it if,
This,
When,
That.
And imagine that you could stand here and see all of this exactly for what it is,
That the clarity begins to awaken through your heart,
Agreement comes into your throat to allow you to see,
To allow you to see more.
We switch on our higher perception,
Our ability to connect through clear voice,
Clear audience,
Clear sentience,
Clear cognizance,
To connect into our creative inspired genius,
To connect into inventions,
New ideas,
New thought patterns,
New plans.
Imagine we begin to turn on and open up our pineal chakra.
This part of us that has been waiting for this moment and we're right here because we are ready.
We have been getting ready for eons of time.
Our heart has never let us forget.
There is immense gratitude for this beautiful heart of ours.
And the heart switches on and we reconnect with the sense of and I deserve and I give to me and I'm willing and I allow and I stand in this beautiful column of divine light,
Like walking through a tangled forest so dark,
Overhanging branches and rocks and tangled roots.
I've been tripping and falling for the longest time,
Just trying to find my way,
Pushing forward.
And imagine you get to the point where you just cannot anymore and you sit down to rest.
Rest this weary,
Weary body.
And the moment we sit down and stop pursuing and doing and pushing,
We realize that we can lift our head up.
And when you lift your head up,
You see there is a light a little way away.
You decide to move towards it,
This beautiful light.
It brings you into an open and clear space.
And you see the light is coming through the tallest trees,
A circle of trees.
And it's radiating down right into the center circle that this gap has created,
Illuminating the space.
And your whole body says take me into that light.
And you walk right into that beautiful shard of light warm and comforting golden glow.
Allow it to saturate right through your body,
Seep into every bone,
Marrow,
Nerve,
Muscle,
Fiber,
Atom of your being.
And there is the sense of such a deep gratitude that you found this place and that you wouldn't have found it if you had kept pushing and pursuing.
And you thank your body for being so weary that it could not take another step.
It just could not continue that way.
And you thank the divine intelligence of your being for knowing and for guiding you and your senses and perceptions that have remembered to look for light,
Look for something else.
And think about all of you wired to seek and you found it because you were ready,
Because you rested,
Because you were loud.
And here it is and here I am just standing in this beautiful open and clear space,
Warm golden light,
Sunlight pouring onto this body,
Replenishing it,
Revitalizing it and feeding it,
Nourishing it.
Let this beautiful light move into every cell and atom of your being.
See it as the golden highest vibration light that you could possibly pull into your system.
And as you are giving this gift of light to you,
Feel as if your whole body is becoming illuminated.
If you could watch yourself now,
You in this amazing column of brightest light,
It's almost as if you can forget to see your body,
That your body almost merges with this light.
It's so dazzling and so beautiful.
There is a sense of connection and oneness here.
And in the space,
There is such deep gratitude to the ancients in our line for the amazing work that they did to survive this incredible struggle of our human species clawing its way to this moment.
We can continue to claw ourselves right past the moment of our magnificence if we do not stop.
And thank that part of you that knew how to stop.
And thank that part of you that allowed you to stop,
To stop,
To disconnect,
To reconnect and feel as if now you are reconnecting in this golden light in and through your system.
You are bathing the energy of absolute forgiveness for all injustices through all time,
All fields,
All dimensions,
Releasing all those who played in all the various roles of our humanity,
The persecutors,
The powerful ones,
The rescuers,
The victims,
The hardship,
The pain,
The suffering.
Imagine now that this golden light could heal that all the wounds of your own human experience that are linked to all of those in the past.
And imagine that you carried this body,
This being,
This perceptive being to this moment with its amazing connections through all time.
You carried it to this point.
And you were standing in this golden light and it is healing you and all connections through you.
See yourself as the healer bringing yourself to the healing point.
Feel your body receiving the gift of this and allowing yourself to receive it in the bright light resting and healing,
Cleansing,
Refreshing,
Revitalizing.
This beautiful body simply receives no conditions,
No performance.
I simply receive.
Let this body experience that unconditional receiving.
Feel like when you get this,
That you can transmit that energy of unconditional forgiveness,
Unconditional kindness.

This is the gift I pass forward and backwards in the quantum field.

How amazing is this mind body being?

We make the agreement to step into the life now in a whole new way,
Reconnecting through our five senses to see and hear and taste and touch and smell the delight of this life.
That we begin to rewire the vigilance that the five senses had to endure just to survive by reprogramming that the five senses now are not here for survival,
Not for vigilance,
But they are here to delight us and we begin to seek in every day and every moment all the ways that our five senses can delight us,
Gently unlocking the systems maintenance program through the five senses.
The more we can do this the quicker we can step into that next program.
In every moment what can I see and smell and taste or touch that will delight my five senses filled with a divine light,

And as you hold this position at the base of your spine,
The front or the back,
It doesn't matter.
And as you hold the position,
Imagine that you are zipping your energy up through the midline,
Going right through your sternum,
Under your throat,
Over your chin,
And then just before you get to that little hollow,
Or just as you get to the little hollow,
Stop there a moment,
And press and anchor in here.
This is a governing point,
A central meridian point.
And see those two points now holding your energy stable,
Centered,
Aligned and strong.
Turn imaginary keys in those fingers and lock it in and then draw the energy now up through the midline,
Over your brow,
Up above your head as far as your arms can reach,
Up as high as you can,
Open your ribs,

Make a big circle all the way around until your palms touch again.
This is your field protected and it is yours.
