Julian Maddock offers spiritual direction, retreats, training and formation in the Christian contemplative tradition. He has been offering spiritual direction since undergoing the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius in 1989 as part of the 3-month course on apostolic spirituality at St. Beuno's. He aspires to engage in a spiritual practice and daily living that finds the presence of God in the everyday. His experience is that God is to be known in the immediacy of the physicality of our bodies.
