Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to this feminine energy cleansing,

Purifying and activating meditation.

The feminine energy that exists within all of us exists most efficiently and beneficially when in harmony and balance with the masculine.

In an ever increasingly fast-paced life,

In a world that is run and governed by masculine energies which are less than harmonic,

It is more important than ever for the divine feminine to align and activate herself in all ways.

The divine feminine that rests and resides within each of us,

Men and women.

Masculine energy is supportive,

It creates structure,

Safety and a pathway for the feminine to then flow freely,

Joyfully and lovingly along.

The feminine energy likes to be free,

Playful,

To skip,

To dance,

To sing,

To laugh.

This is the energy that brings us pleasure and joy and a feeling of freedom.

The masculine is there to provide boundaries for the feminine to flow within,

To provide safety and structure,

A path from A to B for the feminine to then joyfully and freely skip,

Flow,

Glide,

Even fly along.

So today's meditation is designed to bring balance to each part of you,

Balancing both parts of the whole,

Both sides of that same coin.

Whether you are male or female,

This journey is designed specifically for you,

To be used by you.

So however it is that you wish to seat,

To be seated,

Go ahead and find a comfortable position now.

Whether it is sitting cross-legged,

Sitting upright,

With your feet flat upon the ground or even lying down,

However it is most comfortable for you,

Please go ahead now and sit with intention,

With a focus,

A focus to start with upon your breath,

As you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Just take a couple of moments,

A couple of breaths to settle in and to bring your attention and awareness to the internal world.

Whatever has happened in the past,

Leave it in the past.

Whatever is potential for the future,

Allow it to exist as potential in the future,

Without a desire to actually control or manipulate it.

The only time that we ever have is now and in this moment of now,

I invite you to tune in,

To tune out with me,

As we enjoy this beautiful and magical adventure that we call life,

One breath at a time.

In a moment I'd like to invite you to change the breath,

To be playful with the breath,

However you wish to allow for that breath to change,

Go ahead and do so now.

Perhaps breathing in for a longer count,

Breathing in for the count of seven and holding on the top of the breath for the count of seven,

Breathing out for the count of four,

Four inhaling once again and as you go ahead and allow through the acceptance and surrenderance to that breath,

As you accept it in and surrender and release and allow it back out.

To breathe is incredibly feminine in nature,

It's a natural harmonic rhythm that takes place within you,

Through the acceptance,

The receiving and then the surrenderance of the breath once again.

In a world that is incredibly straight-lined and structured,

Where everything is dependent on time,

Material value,

The feminine energy within each of us as well as within our beautiful planet has been taken out of alignment.

Through performing this sacred balancing and energizing ritual today,

You're not only energizing and purifying your own divine feminine energies,

You're also purifying and energizing our beautiful planet,

Our Mother Earth.

So go ahead now and bring your attention,

Your awareness into your mind's eye,

Focusing if you will on the area between your brow,

Your pineal gland,

Your third eye and as you gaze into that void,

An area that houses all information across all time and space,

As well as being empty and void.

Everything and nothing can be found with inside yourself and it is finding that balance between the two that brings the enjoyment and excitement to this adventure that we call life.

And as you focus inwards,

I would like you to bring to mind somewhere in nature,

Somewhere there is a river or a stream,

Somewhere that is familiar to you,

That you can actually envision and walk now,

Barefoot.

As you focus your attention back to a time when you were stood barefoot upon the ground,

Feeling connected to the earth,

Fully aware of your surroundings and present in that moment,

The gift of now.

And I'd like for you to actually embody the river,

To connect to the river,

To picture yourself as a channel,

Just like a river.

And as that beautiful pranic life-force energy enters in through the crown of your head,

Like into a waterfall cascading and flowing down through you,

All the way down to your feet and out of your roots into the depth of our beautiful planet.

And taking a moment just to actually check in with the river,

I would like for you to notice anywhere where there is a restriction of flow,

Knowing that whenever something blocks an area of a stream,

It affects the flow along the whole body of that stream.

Perhaps it is because the stream is not wide enough,

Perhaps it is because there is debris blocking the river's flow.

And with the knowledge that it is the water that is flowing within the stream that represents the feminine,

And the channel,

The riverbed,

The banks,

The structure that the water flows within that represents the masculine,

Go ahead now and actually start to float up into the air,

As you let go of all worries,

All attachments and all focus on anything that you have experienced thus far,

As you go ahead and simply surrender,

Surrender to the divinity that you are,

Surrender to the will of the wind,

Surrender to the inhalation and exhalation of that life force energy,

As you breathe it in and release it once again.

And as you go ahead and actually float way up into the air,

Gaining a broader perspective,

A bird's eye view,

It's clear to see that along that stream there are certain areas that are wider than the rest of the stream,

Like into a pool,

And as you look and count these pools you can see that there are 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7,

7 streams,

And for the water to flow freely between each of these streams and along the entire river,

Throughout your entire body,

All we need to do is align,

Energise and activate each of the pools,

Each of your chakras,

And with each breath in,

Go ahead and picture as you draw in,

As you breathe in,

As you accept that beautiful pranic life force energy as it fills your head,

Your crown,

And flows cascading down.

With each pool it is required to fully align,

Purify and spin freely and energetically,

Each pool allowing for the water that fills it to overflow and cascade down to the next pool along the river.

Breathing in and watching,

Watching as that area becomes full,

Any debris,

Anything blocking or restricting the flow,

Go ahead and remove it now,

Simply with the will of your intent,

Go ahead and scoop out any and all debris within the chakra,

Within the pool that is your crown,

And with the next breath in go ahead and cascade and flow that water down,

Down to your third eye,

As all of that beautiful energy,

Sort of that beautiful divine feminine water,

Flows freely from the heavens above to the earth below.

The river is always flowing,

You're always connected,

Just sometimes it's required to flush out any and all old areas of restriction,

Pollutants,

Any areas of limitation or separation from the whole.

With the next breath in go ahead and allow as that water continues to cascade down,

Filling up your crown and overflowing,

Just like a waterfall down the stream,

Down the river,

To each chakra along that beautiful flowing body of energy,

Represented as a river,

With the knowledge that this is you,

That you are the channel and the water that flows within it,

You are the source and the destination.

Go ahead and with the next breath in,

Like turning on a tap,

That the pressure has been building up within,

With the next breath in as you breathe out,

Turn on that tap,

A bit like a pressure washer and blast out any and all debris along the stream,

Pushing it all the way into the base of your feet,

So that our beautiful mother earth can reclaim that energy,

Recycle it and redistribute it into something new.

Something more beneficial,

As you continue to flow that beautiful breath through you,

Watching as that divine energy enters into you,

Into the crown of your head,

Flowing all the way through to the base of your feet and out into the crystalline core of the earth.

Go ahead and continue to work through each pool,

Each chakra in turn,

Until you end up at the base and then give it one more pass through,

Increasing the frequency and watching as that water begins to actually glisten and sparkle,

No longer is it clear or blue,

A water that you are used to,

It has been sprinkled with magic,

Sprinkled with love and connected from the earth below to the heavens above.

Only once you have fully and completely purified,

Cleansed and energized each of your chakras,

Allowing for that beautiful stream,

That life force energy to flow through you freely and unconditionally,

Taking as long as you need to ensure that you are fully and completely integrated,

Energized and revitalized.

I would like for you now,

In this moment of now,

As you continue to listen to my voice,

Go ahead and think back to a time when you existed in a state of complete freedom and liberation,

Complete excitement,

Upliftment,

Feeling of joy,

Pleasure and connection.

And as you bring up that version of yourself within your mind's eye,

Go ahead now and actually float down into that version of yourself,

The most divine feminine version of you that you have ever experienced,

A version of yourself that you know exists and that you could exist as now,

Simply by aligning yourself with that version of yourself now,

That beautiful divine feminine energy,

That goddess energy that flows through us all as you breathe it deep into yourself and lock it in at a cellular level.

And with each breath in,

Watch as you draw and inhale as you absorb and integrate that version of yourself into yourself.

Notice as you start to feel larger than life,

As the energy that you are now housing and containing within you is bursting,

Shining,

Radiating out from you,

Just like the sun that shines equally and unconditionally.

The divine feminine accepts,

Respects and loves each and every being equally and unconditionally.

And I'd like for you now to think,

Think of a color to represent this state of being to you and take a moment just to think about the journey that we have taken together.

Go ahead and tap your thumb to your index finger on both hands,

Eight times each.

And on the eighth tap,

Go ahead and lock in place,

Fully integrating the truth of who you are with that color in mind and this feeling of pure liberation,

Passion,

Excitement,

Wonderment,

Freedom,

Love,

Unconditional love and joy.

Free to be you,

Unconditionally and unapologetically you.

And having locked this feeling,

This state of being into place,

Ensure that it is fully integrated across all lifetimes,

Timelines,

Dimensions and realities,

Activated at a cellular level with this information,

This energy stored within every fiber of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between.

As you have now connected fully and completely with the freedom of flow from the heavens above to the earth below,

Know that with each breath in,

Breathing in that beautiful pranic life force energy and watching as it fills you and surges,

Pulsating around you.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing and surrendering,

Watch as that energy is released through the soles of your feet,

Out into the crystalline core of the earth.

As you grow deep,

Grounding and connective roots out of the soles of your feet,

Deep,

Deep down into the crystalline core of our beautiful mother earth.

And any time that you think of your feet,

Think of the ground,

Think of the planet or the land around you,

You will be reminded of this connection.

And a feeling,

A surge of divine feminine energy will wash over you and pulsate through you,

From the tip of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

This journey can be repeated as often as you desire,

As well as utilizing the divine masculine meditation that is also found on the mainstream meditation channel.

Having connected to the core of the earth,

Just go ahead and take a few deep and purifying breaths in through your nose once again,

And out through your mouth,

Knowing with each breath in and out,

That universal pranic life force energy,

Balanced,

Harmonically,

Masculine and feminine,

Watch as it fills you,

Filling your entire body and flowing through you,

Overflowing from you,

As you fill yourself up,

You allow for the overflow to cascade down and fill up everything else,

Energizing our beautiful mother earth.

When you are ready,

Sending energy to them and almost securing in place,

Casting the vision of your connection to the heavens above and the earth below,

Knowing that as that energy flows through you from the heavens above to the earth below,

As you cleanse,

Purify and energize our beautiful planet,

You experience the benefits of this,

By flowing that water,

That energy through you,

Just like the rain falling in the mountains,

The energy entering in through your crown and flowing all the way downstream,

Freely,

Joyfully and safely within that divine masculine channel,

The divine feminine,

Able to flow freely towards your final destination,

As that river flows from the heavens above and to the earth below,

As the stream makes its way,

Twisting and turning all the way back to the ocean,

Thank you for continuing to accept that which is blocking your path and for doing the work required to remove it,

To transcend it and to assist in the continued evolution and ascension of the consciousness of humanity,

As well as the universe as a whole.

To flow through you that beautiful unconditional love,
