Welcome,

And thank you for choosing this meditation to explore how deep change starts within.

My name is Kalyani,

And I will be your guide within today.

Let's find a comfortable position to rest in.

Take some time in the placement of your body,

Finding anything you need to support yourself fully.

And just for today,

Let's imagine we are on a luxury vacation,

Where there are extra pillows and blankets,

Much more than we actually need,

But we are choosing to be extra kind and gentle with our body and our mind.

Getting really comfortable,

Completely supported,

So we can welcome ease within and all around.

Let's have faith that this journey within will bring us the peace we crave,

The freedom from destructive thoughts,

And a complete breakdown of the old way we tell our story.

Life didn't just randomly happen to us,

It happened for us to learn and grow in our faith,

Our connection to the divine,

And to blossom fully into our purpose.

When we want to transform our life,

We must go deeply within,

Be honest with ourselves,

With what we discover there,

So that we can begin to spring clean our inner world.

Change can be something we are taught to resist,

Something we avoid,

But when our physical body is out of balance,

In pain,

Sick,

And needing help,

Faith can be the lifeline that sees us through.

No matter what is happening within our physical body,

We have the power to shift our vibration,

To change our thoughts,

Our beliefs,

Our actions,

And to change our life.

We can be right in the center of one of life's storms,

But feel the peace and stillness within when we are connected to something greater than ourselves,

When life seems overwhelming,

When our stress gets out of control,

Emotionally,

Energetically,

Or physically,

It's time to go within and seek the divine,

It's time to dive below the surface,

And become aware of the program of our subconscious mind,

And what that is bringing into our reality.

Awareness,

Without judgment,

We can affect real change in our mind and body,

Through our connection to source,

We can access healing on the cellular level,

Complete healing and change.

Take a moment to set your intention for practicing today.

Our group intention is,

Through connection,

I experience the change I desire now.

Allow these words to sink into your heart.

Through connection,

If you have a personal intention you would like to add,

Please take a few moments to formulate the words of your personal intention,

And repeat it three times silently within.

Once the body is comfortable,

Take a moment to feel the weight of the body resting here.

Notice the weight of your clothes,

And welcome the weight of gravity like a blanket protecting you.

Observe the temperature of the air,

And become curious about the breath.

At first,

Simply observe what is happening with the breath,

Without judgment.

Can you discover the bottom of the breath?

Then invite the breath to move deeper and deeper within.

No struggle or strain,

But simply create space within for the breath to fill up.

Together,

Let's explore the physical body,

Becoming aware of sensations within.

Everyday life has a way of creating tightness and tension within the tissues of our body.

We literally store stress,

Trauma,

And emotions in our physical body,

When we don't want to emotionally deal with them.

The longer we carry them,

The heavier they become.

So we will move quickly from one part of the body to the next,

And simply notice the sensations we discover,

Without labeling anything as good or bad.

Remain in stillness as we notice sensations within,

And then create space within for healing all tension,

All stress,

And dis-ease.

Starting with the hands,

Notice both hands simultaneously.

Palms of the hands,

Backs of the hands heavy.

Notice all ten fingers.

Rest the awareness on the sensations on the tips of the fingers.

Create space within the hands.

Notice the space around the hands.

Flow the awareness up to the wrists,

Lower arms,

Elbows,

Upper arms,

And shoulders.

Both arms grow heavy and melt into the support beneath them.

Letting go of all tension and tightness,

As we create space within the arms,

And observe the space around the arms.

Feel a warm,

Oozing sensation as we flow the awareness up over the neck and throat,

Releasing old angry words,

Letting go of gossip,

And allowing all words to pass through three gates.

Is it true?

Is it necessary?

Is it helpful?

Create space within the neck and throat,

And observe the space around the neck.

Welcome the awareness into the face,

The cheeks to soften,

The eyes to rest even deeper within,

As the forehead relaxes,

All old frustrations,

As we create space within the mouth,

Space in the cheeks,

Feel space in the ear,

And sense space in the center of the mind.

Within and all,

Flow your attention down to the collarbones,

Noticing sensations in the chest and upper back,

Melting away old feelings of guilt and shame,

As we create space within the chest and upper back,

Notice sensations in the front and back of the ribs,

The belly and the low back,

Melting away old thought patterns of financial lack,

As we create space within the belly and the low back,

Flow the awareness down over the hips and buttocks,

The hips are the basement of the body,

The place where we store all the emotional stuff we don't want to deal with,

So imagine we can pick up the rug of trauma and old stories,

And sweep out all of that stuff,

Creating space within,

And all around the hips,

Welcome the awareness into the upper legs,

The knees,

The feet,

Ankles,

And toes,

Consciously releasing the fear of moving forward in our life,

As we create space within the legs,

And observe the space around them,

Feel that we can let go of the boundaries of this body,

As we sense the space all around us,

And lighter with each inhalation,

Then let's imagine that we can divide the torso into four distinct quadrants,

Feel each of the four quadrants as separate,

Notice any sensations in the upper right quadrant,

The upper left quadrant,

Observe sensations in the lower right quadrant,

And the lower left quadrant,

Now as you breathe in,

Become aware,

Do all four quadrants receive the same amount of air,

Does the breath flow more to the right side or the left,

Does the breath flow only into the top two quadrants,

Or is there just one quadrant that receives less air,

Becoming like an internal researcher,

No expectations,

No emotional attachment to any specific outcome,

And you cannot do this wrong,

Just become curious,

Where does the breath flow with ease,

Now shine the spotlight of your awareness into the quadrant or quadrants,

That receive less air,

Like shining a flashlight into the darkness,

Each inhalation helps the breath to draw in more gold,

Divine connection,

Releasing the notion of being separate from our source,

We do not have to do this alone,

Feel the support I'm offering,

As well as the support of all those meditating with us around the world,

Source energy breathes peace deeply within,

Welcoming the embrace of the divine,

As that golden light fills up all four,

We come into this world,

As pure positive energy,

Deeply connected to the divine,

But once we breathe our first breath here on earth,

We begin to be programmed by our parents,

Family and friends,

Our doctors,

As a whole,

To fall into a belief,

That we are somehow less than,

Separate from our creator,

But we are an expression of the divine,

Created with a divine purpose,

We are but a drop in the vast ocean,

A part of something magnificent,

Beyond even our own comprehension,

A drop in the ocean cannot be distinguished as separate,

We are unique expressions of something much larger than ourselves,

Our divine right to be happy,

Healthy,

We only fulfill our purpose when we feel well,

So it is our responsibility to tend,

Then we can choose to have faith,

That when the bible said,

Whoever believes in me,

Will do the works I have been doing,

And they will do even greater things than these,

Those are not words just to be read,

But words,

A promise to all,

That we can choose not to suffer,

By understanding the complete goodness of god,

Source,

The divine,

Whatever you want to call it,

And remembering our inseparability from that goodness,

We can embody that with god,

All things are possible,

There is no thing,

Nothing that is too much to ask,

No label of disease that is incurable,

Not when the doctors say so,

With god all things are possible,

Each night when we drift off to sleep,

It is a new opportunity to rebuild this physical body,

Its original form as pure positive energy,

To rebuild each and every cell in the image of the divine,

It is our opportunity to let go of the thought patterns,

That keep us stuck in the darkness of pain and suffering,

And to experience the joy of remembering our wholeness,

Our connection,

Our gratitude for this magnificent body,

Perfectly made,

It is our chance to rewrite the blueprint of this physical body,

The way we want it to look and feel,

Letting go of whatever label of disease we were given,

Choosing to no longer believe that error in thought,

All thoughts are frequencies that can be,

They attract either high or low frequency emotions,

When we are working on change and healing on the deepest of levels,

We need to become aware of the energy we surround ourselves with,

And that begins within our own mind,

Of the 60 to 70 thousand thoughts we have on any given day,

We are typically only aware of about 5% of those thoughts,

Thoughts are like magnets for our emotions,

It just makes sense to bring the subconscious thoughts and beliefs to the surface,

To examine them,

Once we see what program has been running in the background,

We can consciously change it to a new program,

That supports our health and happiness,

Back onto ourselves,

We may treat others as we want to be treated,

But how do we treat ourselves with our thoughts,

Beliefs and actions,

Can we make a commitment to ourselves,

To only allow high vibration energies around us while we are changing and healing,

Becoming mindful of the shows that we watch,

The books that we read,

The types of conversations we have with others,

As we continue to practice,

We will become more aware of the people that help us feel connected and vibrant,

And those who make us feel drained and empty,

We can bring more attention to the type of foods that will support our change,

Our well-being,

And the foods that make us feel unwell,

We can begin to love ourselves so much,

All of our thoughts to be focused on the good,

No longer focusing on what we do not like,

Where our focus goes,

Our energy flows,

So shifting out of seeking answers,

And into gratitude,

That our change and healing is already here,

We can begin to cultivate the feeling of gratitude,

No matter what we are experiencing in the outside world,

Despite any challenges we are facing in this moment,

We all have something to be grateful for,

Grateful for this body healing,

Grateful to our mind that is open to all possibilities,

As we embrace thoughts that support our change,

Our health and our healing,

Grateful that we were directed to this very moment of time,

To this particular experience for a reason,

Grateful to remember how very powerful we are,

When we keep our connection to the divine open,

Loving,

And ever present,

Grateful to no longer feel alone on this journey to change,

No need to search outside of ourselves,

Feeling grateful that all of the answers are within,

Grateful that we can pray,

And then quiet ourselves to hear that powerful response within,

Grateful that our lives are divinely guided and protected,

Grateful that we have the awareness to keep our eyes and hearts open,

To see the miracles placed in our path,

Grateful for the angels that are sent to guide us when we feel lost,

Feel the presence of the divine within and all,

Ask the divine for the wisdom to follow where you are meant to go,

And surrender to that higher calling,

Your divine purpose,

Now feel supported,

Embraced,

And loved,

As you allow yourself to drift off into deep,

Healing rest,

Affirming that the mind and body,

And when you awake tomorrow,

It will be a clean slate of limitless possibilities,

Stay open to the divine,

So you can recognize when you are being directed towards opportunities,

And call to be of service,

Think back to the beginning of our practice,

And reaffirm our group intention,

Through connection,
