My body deserves to be nourished with healthy and delicious foods.

I trust my body's natural ability to heal and restore itself.

My body is a temple,

I am grateful for every breath that fills my lungs and keeps me alive.

Rather than its flaws.

Just as I am.

My body deserves to be pampered and treated with luxurious care.
