After her sister passed away in 2016, she wanted to help others affected by trauma & found a way to marry her love of voice-over work with that of mental health. Her passion for meditation is inspired by Dr. Marsha M. Linehan who created “Dialectical Behavior Therapy” - an evidence-based treatment that incorporates Eastern meditative practices.
