Explore MeditationMy name is Kasia Murfet (they/them) and I'm a Qigong and Buddhist Meditation facilitator. I hold MA in Buddhist Studies with the University of South Wales and my research explored if Zen can really be expressed through Zen Arts. My work weaves together Qigong and Engaged Buddhism to offer an embodied, compassionate, and relational pathway to personal and collective transformation. Grounded in direct experience and years of dedicated practice, my approach integrates body, mind, and spirit with the wider ecological and social world we are part of. Whether through workshops, classes, or guided practices, I hope that the inner cultivation becomes the foundation for collective care, creative action and compassionate engagement with the challenges of our times. I'm a Soto lay Zen ordained practitioner, and live in South Cornwall with my husband Charlie and our dog Kiki.
