Press play,

Put on your comfiest shoes,

And let's start walking.

Because this isn't about being a workout.

It's about a joyful celebration of being in your body.

So let's go.

As you get started on your walk,

Find your pace.

Don't push or force,

But truly be present with each step.

Noticing the bilateral movement between the left and right side,

As you take each confident step to help you move forward into your day.

This walk is not about an escape,

And there's nothing to prove.

It's just about being here in this body,

In your body,

In your home.

So feel your feet connect with the earth.

One,

Two.

One,

Two.

Like a rhythm your ancestors knew by heart.

Get into the groove.

Stand up tall.

You're not walking alone.

You're walking with yourself.

And that's something to celebrate.

Take a deep breath in.

Do you feel that?

That's life.

That's you.

As you walk,

Begin to thank your body.

Thank your feet for carrying you through every version of yourself.

Thank your legs for every dance,

Every run,

Every stumble that you rose from.

Thank your hips for holding all the emotions,

All the memory,

And keeping your body aligned.

Thank your belly,

Yes,

Even your belly,

For being your center and your fire.

Thank your shoulders for the weight they've carried.

And thank your heart for beating,

For staying here and keeping you alive.

You are not a machine.

You are a miracle in motion.

Where else in your body do you want to thank right now?

Now walk with a little more pep in your step.

You don't need to smile,

But you might.

I want you to feel the air brushing your skin.

Feel the swing in your arms.

Feel the pulse of aliveness moving through you.

Think of all the years you tried to fix your body,

Never giving yourself a chance to be in it.

And as you move these memories through you with each step,

Say it softly or in your mind,

I'm sorry I forgot how magical you are.

I love living in you.

I'm sorry I've tried to change you over and over again.

And let your walk be your apology and your love song.

I want you to stride like you mean it.

You're walking with your oldest,

Truest friend.

Now picture this.

Your body is a beautiful house,

Lived in,

Full of character,

Soft light pouring through the windows.

It's not a perfect house,

But it is sacred.

And in this moment,

You've moved back in.

You're unpacking your bags,

And you're home again.

Every step you take is a step towards connection,

And every breath you take is a prayer of return.

So when you notice this beautiful home you're in,

Maybe you say,

Let's make this a joyful place to be.

Keep walking.

Let the rhythm of your body be your music.

My body is my home.

I'm so glad to be here in it.

Thank you for staying with me.

We're in this together.

Say these like a mantra in rhythm with your steps.

My body is my home.

I'm so glad to be here in it.

Thank you for staying with me,

Body.

We're in this together.

And now,

Let yourself just walk.

Again,

With nothing to prove and nowhere to go.

Just this body.

Just this step.

Because you're not just in your body,

You're dancing through life with her.

No matter where you are on your walk,

Whether you're beginning to slow down,

Or if you've got a few more steps to take,

Find yourself one more time with these words in your heart.

My body is my home.

And today,

I choose to lovingly come back to her.

To walk with her.

To love her again.

Maybe before we close this practice,

You place a hand on your chest.

Maybe you take a moment to smile at the sky,

The sidewalk.

Maybe somebody you're walking by in reverence for the sheer fact that you are alive.

And wherever this walk takes you,

Let it be a celebration.

Because you took time to come back home today.

You remembered.

And you and your body are walking forward together.

Www.

Mooji.
