Take a deep breath in… and as you exhale, feel your body begin to soften, letting go of any tension. Allow yourself to sink deeper into the comfort of your bed, knowing that this moment is for you—this moment is for peace. Start with your feet, feeling them grow heavier as they relax completely. Let the warmth of relaxation move up through your legs, releasing all tightness from the day. Now, feel the softness spread to your hips and lower back. Let your muscles release, your breath becoming slower and more gentle.

I'm really grateful that you're here with me tonight.

I am calm.

I am peace.

I am surrounded by calm,

Embraced by stillness.

My spirit is light,

Free from any worry.

I trust in the process of rest and renewal.

I am open to the deep rest that is here for me.

I allow peace to fill every corner of my being.

My spirit is calm and my mind is quiet.

I welcome the night's healing embrace.

I release everything that no longer serves me.

Restorative rest.
