Hello and good evening,

And welcome to our meditation tonight.

Go ahead and ease into your breath,

Gentle and soft,

Allowing your body to relax and melt into your bed.

Feel the space between your thoughts grow wider,

And feel your body soften and grow heavier.

As any thoughts swim across your mind,

Just release them and breathe them out on your exhale.

There's nothing for you to hold here.

It's just you in this moment and your breath right now.

Each breath you take is an invitation to let go.

With each inhale,

You invite in peace,

And with each exhale,

You release the weight of the day.

Feel your body respond,

Softening with every breath.

Feel the tension you've carried,

The tightness in your muscles,

The restlessness in your mind.

Let them all dissolve as your breath deepens and flows.

Your breath is the bridge that brings you back to yourself,

That unites your mind with your body.

With every inhale,

Feel your chest rise and expand.

With every exhale,

Feel your body melt deeper into the bed beneath you.

This rhythm,

This simple motion,

Is your guide.

You've spent so much of your day moving,

Breathing,

Thinking,

And planning.

And now it's time to come back to stillness.

It's time to return to the wisdom of your breath,

To the innate harmony of your body.

You don't need to do anything.

The gentle rise and fall of your breath is enough.

It's your anchor,

Your center,

Place where you can let go completely.

Feel each part of you align with the slow,

Steady rhythm of your breath.

Every inhale brings renewal.

Every exhale brings release.

And that space between breaths is your guide.

This is where stillness resides.

Feel your body sink into perfect alignment with the night.

No more resistance.

No more holding on.

Just the natural flow of breathing guiding you into a state of complete ease.

Your breath and body are in perfect harmony now,

Dancing together slowly and peacefully.

You are aligned,

Ready to surrender to deep,

Restorative sleep.
