The thoughts play and swirl, And so many emotions stir up. Your mind is busy and alive. Sleep can be elusive, As our minds run wild. So breathe deep, and come inside. Calm those thoughts and emotions for tonight. JOURNAL PROMPTS: Before Bed Write a list of any tasks that can be done tomorrow. Write a list of anything that feels unsettled for you. What emotions are you feeling right now? Why? In the Morning What is your number one focus for today? When you go to bed tonight, how do you want to feel?

The thoughts play and swirl,

And so many emotions stir up.

Our mind is busy and alive.

Sleep can be elusive as our minds run wild.

So breathe deep and come inside.

Fill yourself up with air.

All the way down to your toes.

And then exhale long.

Imagining the thoughts dissolving into the night.

Follow your breath for a bit.

Riding its soothing waves.

In and out.

Slower and slower.

Relaxing you.

Calming you.

And melting you deeper into comfort.

All the way down to your toes.

You You Breathe.

And imagine the soothing hand of love placing herself on the crown of your head.

Relaxing you.

Slowing down the thoughts and easing your mind.

Breathing in and out.

Feel the warmth of your hand gently cover your eyes.

And then your cheeks as you relax your jaw.

And let your entire face soften.

Breathing in and out.

Feel the calming hand of love rest upon your neck.

Your shoulders.

Your chest.

Your chest.

Feel the thoughts releasing and dissolving.

Releasing and dissolving.

Your chest.

Feel the space inside.

Opening and melting.
