The mistake you've struggled to forgive,

Simply allow it to come to the surface and take shape before you.
See it now,
This regret,
This burden,
As an anchor,
Heavy,
Solid,
Cold,
A weight you've been dragging in the waters of your life.
Notice how it has held you,
