The deepest expression of yourself is hidden in the mysteries of awakening your body. Through this standing body practice you open to the inner sway within that attunes your body to acceptance of feeling tone. The feeling tone is in three parts (based on Vedanā): unpleasant, pleasant, and neutral. By exploring these three parts without story line and emotional naming, you can come into a deeper sense of knowing acceptance as a felt experience. This is especially helpful when processing charged emotional experiences, trauma, and grief to have a break from the labels and simply tune in to what the body has to sway in as it listens to feeling tone. We go into the pleasant sensation as an experience of pleasure to allow your somatic / body-based awareness to open an intuitive message for you. This is the message you will need to continue with this moment in your life, a journal or audio recorder is helpful after this meditation to record your experience. May this message bring you clarity!

Stand in your feet,

Hip width distance,

Rock forward and back,

Side to side,

Smiling,

Opening to your energy,

Soften through ankles and knees,

Bend one and the other.

Relaxing your tail,

Let it fall down to the earth.

Continue to bend one knee and the other,

Rocking forward,

Back,

Side to side.

Alternate these movements and bring your breath into the lower body.

Smiling,

Breathing in,

Opening,

Breathing out.

Open into the body so that as the breath flows out of the body,

You connect more deeply in the cavities of the ankles,

The toes,

Into the cavities of the calves,

The knees.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Moving into the pelvis,

The bones creating a deep internal structure layered with the soft tissue and muscles.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Feel the deep connections sway the hips in circles to the left,

Counterclockwise,

And circles to the right,

Clockwise.

Breathing in,

Mutual support of the sway and the breath.

Coming back to a rock,

Side to side,

Forward,

Back.

Feel the curl of the fingers on the sides of your legs.

Trace the energy from the toes and fingers,

Up the ankles and wrists,

Up the knees and elbows,

Up the thighs and upper arms,

Into the pelvic joint and the shoulder joint.

Feel the connected legs and arms together in unison,

Breathing the pairs of life,

The pairs of breath,

The pairs of structure and shape,

Form and movement.

A gentle rock,

A gentle smile,

And a gentle flow of breath.

Like you're bobbing in the ocean,

Feel the sway.

Start to take over your movement and your torso follows.

The energy moves you,

Sways you.

Surrender to the movement.

Smile to the movement.

Breathe to the movement.

Feel or more whatever is needed for you.

Perhaps a pause on one leg,

A lift of a heel or a toe.

Surrender to the feeling of the body.

What is pleasant here in the body?

A sense that sways and moves.

Bring that pleasant sensation to the belly and the low back.

Notice any unpleasant and let that move in this way.

Let it adjust and change you.

Let it gift you this moment of being alive.

The gift of this unpleasant is as welcome as the gift of the pleasant in the belly.

Feel the solar plexus,

The band around the lower ribs.

Feel that band of pleasant energy flow up,

The gift of unpleasant.

And the neutrality of connection and sway,

Connection and breath.

Smiling,

Swaying,

Shift and change in the movement.

You bob in the ocean of your being,

The internal ocean of soothing,

Resting in sway,

Smiling in the sway.

The pleasure travels up into the heart space,

The upper lobes of the lungs,

The upper lobes of the lungs.

Opens the chest and upper back with pleasant energy and sensing.

Any unpleasant sway the shoulders,

Gift your experience with this unpleasant teaching you.

I see you unpleasant.

I change for you.

I move in and out of you.

And in you pleasant,

I watch you move inside so that unpleasant gift can be seen and known as deeply as your pleasant energy moves in me,

Sways in me like silk.

Traveling up through the throat,

The neutral energy of breath and connection here alive.

The fullness of your expression,

Free,

Open,

Available.

Feeling up through the inside of the head,

Feeling the sense doors of ear,

Throat,

Nose.

Notice if your body wants to move or stay still,

Honor what your body wants.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Bring the third eye three or so inches back from the center of the forehead.

Rest your attention in the sway,

In the smile or the stillness and the smile.

Hear the call of your intuition in your breath.

Come to stillness if you're not already there.

Feel all of your body into the third eye,

All of your pleasant,

Neutral and unpleasant spaces here in this moment.

What is the message for you right now?

The message you so deeply need to hear.

Stand in the message.

Live from this message today.

Honor the will of the divine connection and open the breath to the crown so that all spiritual inspiration and guidance flows to you freely here.

Smile.

Feel that crown pouring crystals along the body.

Smile to all that you have and are and all of this message that's coming to you today.

Say to yourself,

I am.

And in this moment,

I will.
