Her mission is to help their minds and bodies foster resilience, regulation, emotional awareness, and joyful hearts through movement and meditation so they can celebrate who they are and become who they want to be. Katrina has survived an eating disorder, a school shooting, and an abusive marriage. She is passionate about sharing tried and tested tools with others so they can empower themselves as they navigate the dark and light parts of life. She deeply understands that it can seem like there is so much to heal that it’s hard to know where to begin. She loves to align her teachings with astrology so the moon and stars can be allies in healing. Katrina is an 500hr E-RYT yoga teacher and teacher trainer with a background in biological sciences and education. She is a Taurus Sun, Pisces Moon, Sagittarius Rising, celiac, rescue dog mom, step mom, high school cheerleading coach, and author. Her physical studios are based in the heart of the cornfields of Illinois, but her reach transcends location as her offerings are virtual too. She empowers women and youth all over the world to use pranayama, mudra, visualization, gratitude and vinyasa, restorative, and kundalini yoga to soothe the nervous system, heart, spirit and body!
