Wow ! I’ve never resided in such a presence of stillness and … quite simply life. I was moved by a new book I just purchased by Jay Shetty , Think like a Monk and came here right after to implement what I’ve just learned in the first chapter , into meditation. Thank you so much for being that light and guiding me to where I’ve always been all along. I felt familiar there , home. I will be there more often. Namaste
