We begin by grounding through the feet and hands to create a sense of stability and nervous system support, then gently open the hips and low back to meet sensation with presence. The practice concludes with a supported heart opener to invite openness through the chest and throat, supporting confidence and authentic expression. Move slowly, adjust as needed, and allow this to be an honest practice with yourself. Props recommended: a pillow or yoga block.
