Making yourself comfortable in your bed,
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Close your eyes and begin to relax.
There is absolutely nothing that you need to do.
Just lie back and listen.
The sound of my voice,

Helping you to relax more and more deeply.
Let go of thought,

To drift easily and naturally into a deep and restorative sleep.
The words I use are just guides as you allow your intuitive wisdom to communicate with you to begin to trust your own innate intelligence.

Excellent!! I slept through most of it and didn’t wake up at all I haven’t used this meditation in a long time. I’ve been so out of sorts so haven’t been sleeping well. I found this one again and had the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you so much. The politics in this country right now are way beyond description and it’s killing my fragile ability to sleep… thank you again..

This put me to sleep for the full length of the recording. When I woke it was over. I have to listen using air pods so I don’t disturb my husband. I wish I could sleep without using the recordings like he does. But your voice and images are very soothing. Thank you.
