Transcript

Imagine you're walking in a beautiful field,

There's grass and there's flowers and the sun is shining,

It's a beautiful day.

With every step you take,

You feel your feet touch the ground.

You feel your connection to the earth.

Now is a moment for yourself,

A moment to release stress and worries,

To forget about your to-do lists,

To just be here,

To just be you.

Walking here in this beautiful field,

With your feet on the ground,

Feeling that connection to the earth with every step that you take,

Feeling the warmth of the sun shining on you,

Warming you,

And that sunshine,

That beautiful sunshine brings a smile on your face,

And as your mouth turns into a beautiful smile,

You feel a little bit of relief in your body,

As if that smile alone is melting away some of the stress that you are carrying with you.

And just keep walking,

See if you can slow down a little bit,

Walk a little slower.

It's okay to slow down,

And then see if maybe you can walk even slower,

As if you're walking in slow motion,

Really,

Really slowly.

And feel that as you slow down like this,

Walking super slowly,

You relax a little more.

When you slow down like this,

It's like giving your body a message that it's safe to relax.

So as you walk here,

In this beautiful light of the sun,

You relax more and more,

With your feet on the ground,

With every step,

You feel that connection to the earth,

And slowly,

Stress melts away,

As if it just flows out of your body and into the earth as you walk.

With every step you take,

You release a little more.

And maybe you notice how all the muscles in your body start to relax a little more with every breath and with every step that you take.

And then you stand still and you soak up that beautiful sunlight,

That energy from the sun,

That light,

And you take a deep breath in,

And when you breathe out,

You release even more stress,

Flowing away.

You sit down on the ground,

In this beautiful field,

And you lie down in the grass,

In between the flowers,

Feeling your back against the earth,

Touching the earth with your hands,

And just feel how your body lies there,

Feel your connection to the earth.

And then,

As you lie there,

The earth is helping you to let go.

The earth is taking from you anything that is not serving you anymore.

And earth energy is surrounding you,

Floating around you,

As a magical healing energy,

Swirling around you,

Clearing and cleansing your energy.

As you lie there with your back on the ground,

Strongly connected to the earth,

It's time to release any stress or tension that was still in your body,

That's being taken from you by the earth.

And maybe you can even imagine giving it to the earth.

Imagine it flowing from your body into the earth.

And the earth will transform it into beautiful,

Positive energy.

So don't worry about giving any stress,

Tension,

Worries or negativity to the earth,

Because the earth knows exactly what to do with it.

The earth is so healing.

Just allow it to flow,

Allow all this stress,

Tension and worries to flow out of your body.

Allow it to flow into the earth.

And don't forget to keep breathing,

Deeply and slowly.

You feel the sun shining on you.

And you smell that lovely scent of nature,

The grass,

The flowers.

Maybe you see a butterfly,

Or more than one.

And maybe there is something specific that you wish to let go of.

Something that you know isn't serving you anymore.

Maybe something that you find difficult to let go of.

But know that the earth is helping you.

And the healing sounds of the chimes are helping you.

And the whole energy right now is perfect to let go.

So whatever it is,

No matter how big or small,

You can safely give it to the earth.

Maybe you can imagine it flowing out of your body as a light,

A word,

A color or something else.

Or maybe you just really want to imagine sitting up and giving it to the earth.

Imagining holding it in your hands and giving it to the earth.

This is your journey.

Follow what feels good for you.

Know it's time to let go.

And if you do not know what,

Maybe you feel like there is a lot to let go of.

Trust that everything that needs to happen will happen.

So don't overthink it and just imagine giving more than one thing.

Or if you do not know what exactly to give,

Just imagine giving to the earth that which is not serving you anymore.

And trust that it will all be alright.

Trust that you are doing it right,

Because there is no wrong way of doing this.

Trust yourself and believe in yourself.

You can do this.

Just give anything that you no longer need to the earth.

And then,

As you have let go of so much,

You have let go of stress,

Tension,

Worries.

You have let go of so much heaviness.

Now the earth energy starts to flow into your body.

This grounding and healing earth energy starts to fill you up little by little.

Flowing through your body,

Bringing even more relaxation and healing to every part of your body,

To every cell.

Bringing the most healing where it is needed most.

You don't have to know where that is.

Just feel that earth energy flow through your body or imagine it as a light or a color.

Just know that it is there.

Helping you feel more grounded.

Helping you be more in the present moment.

Helping you be more relaxed,

Feeling calmer.

Being aware of that inner calm inside of you.

This beautiful earth energy fills you more and more.

And maybe you feel that you relax more and more.

Deeply enjoy.

And feel that relaxation flow through your body.

Be aware of that calm inside of you.

And know that it is always here.

It is not always easy to find it or to feel it,

But it is there.

Just remember.

With your intention you can always go back to that calm and relaxed feeling inside of you.
