Through accepting self, you are able to heal past wounds and identify where your work ends and someone else's begins. Kirsten is an LMHCA in Washington State who has experience in Community Mental Health, Group Practice and Private Practice. She will guide you through meditations and create workshops that promote agency in self and healing of your inner child.
