Okie doe,
Whenever you're ready just find a comfortable place and close your eyes for a little while,
Allowing your body to just breathe in its own rhythm and just settle into your own stillness for a little bit before we take some breath altogether.
Taking in three deep breaths together to tune into through our breathing.
Breathing in deeply into your belly and breathing out completely.
Another deep breath deep into your belly and breathing out completely.
One more deep breath deep into your belly,
Hold the breath and just release it,
Allow it to just escape your body,
To just flow out of your body.
And once you're completely empty you just continue breathing in your own pace.
Ideally you manage to breathe into your belly,
Feeling how your belly is rising and sinking like the belly of a little baby,
You know that's the kind of peace that we would love to get into.
You know when babies are just like droopy,
Drowsy,
Happily drunk,
Just being fed and just in their mom's arms just totally relaxed and peaceful.
And in case there are some thoughts of the past,
Whatever happened today,
This year,
This lifetime,
You can just set an intention with your next few breaths and just allow it to just push away.
Whatever brought you here doesn't matter now you are here and that is just so beautiful.
And also if there are any to-dos that pop up in your mind,
Things that you still need to want to accomplish today,
This year,
This lifetime,
You can just allow them to leave your mind,
Be lifted off your shoulders,
Just allowing them to just disappear for now.
You might imagine putting them into a drawer so they are safely stored and you won't forget them,
You can come back to them at the end of this journey.
For now we don't need them.
Just setting the intention to be present in this moment,
This gifted moment.
Where you find a part of your body that is already so beautifully relaxed,
Might be your eyes,
Might be your nose,
Maybe one of your fingers,
Whatever part it is,
Just tune into that deeply relaxed part in your body and feel that relaxation.
And then using your own imagination allowing that relaxation to flow throughout your body to invite the rest of your body to relax as well.
Hey hey hey hey,
Here I am,
Just relax.
You might even experience that your body is getting heavier and heavier.
As you relax more and more,
Gravity is allowing you to sink deeper and deeper.
Just place your awareness above your head and become aware of a shining bright light.
Shining bright light.
As light and as white as you can imagine and it's shining down on you.
Something like moving in a circular motion like a diamond shaped light.
And it's wider than your shoulders,
Wider than your entire body.
You feel how this divine light is gently coming down closer,
Closer towards your head.
You feel how your head is opening,
Allowing this divine light to flow in and really feel it,
Really experience this light coming in through the head of your,
Through the top of your head and it's flowing in.
It's illuminating the outer part of your brain and gently soaking in as if your brain was a sponge.
And we had a lot of experience with rain lately so just feel how this beautiful brain is soaking up the water like the most fertile soil is soaking up water into every single pore of your brain.
And it's opening up,
It's receiving it.
It's welcoming it even into the densest parts,
The most central parts of your brain.
If the water would seep into you like a rock and still there are pores and it goes into every single pore deep into the tissue or your most ancient part of your brain.
Forming your entire body to just relax,
Relax into this divine light.
And you feel that connection from this ancient part of your brain with a place between your eyebrows,
Your first eye,
Spirit first,
Human second.
And it might feel as though someone is opening up that eye.
It might feel some tension,
Some tingling.
Yeah,
Beautiful,
Experience it.
Feel it.
Experience it.
Or imagine it,
It doesn't matter,
The same purpose is served.
And the light drops,
Drops into your throat.
One more wave through your head actually,
Feeling as if it's just washing through your cheeks,
Your forehead,
Your nose,
Your chin,
The back of your head and even washing down your hair.
Your hair beautifully illuminated,
Your entire head is glowing and now the light just really anchors into your throat,
This divine vortex.
And your throat has been looking forward to this light,
Recognizing it,
Loving it,
Inhaling it.
With every breath you pull more light down into your throat.
The center of your expression,
Being able to express your gratitude,
Your love and also being able to express your vision,
That what you see,
Your truth.
And the light drops down your shoulders,
It's like liquid light,
It's gently gel-like,
Going down,
Seeping through and within your body,
Down your shoulders into your right arm,
Just feel that warm tingling sensation,
Down your elbow into your underarm,
Into your hands,
The palms of your hands and each and every single finger.
And same happens on your left side,
Into your upper arm,
Your elbow,
Your lower arm,
To the backs of your hands,
Your palms and each and every single of your fingers.
And however you are sitting right now,
You just imagine how your palms are facing downwards and everything that needs to leave your body that is not in alignment with this beautiful light is just seeping out.
And this divine bright light might be a little bit greyish,
Any color really,
Just releasing,
Overflowing,
Literally overflowing.
And the light goes deeper into your chest area,
Your lungs,
Your heart,
The center of love.
Lower to your heart,
Your heart portal.
And it goes deeper into your solar plexus,
Your inner sun.
Wow,
Look how this is glowing now,
Shining from within all around you.
The most divine beautiful white that you could ever imagine.
This is your free will.
You might feel a little spiral happening between your heart and your solar plexus as your free will and the divine will are meeting,
Aligning.

Rare freedom is realized when the free and the divine will are meeting or one.
Fully aligned attuned.
So beautiful.
Feeling that opening.
Feeling that freedom.
That opening and that peace in your entire upper torso.
Overflowingly.
And the light drops deeper into your womb space,

Your creative center.
The place of your intuition,
Your gut feeling.
How you nourish yourself and those around you.

This is where you can listen to the voice of your intuition.
Science is only scratching the surface yet our body knows.
The first brain,
As many indigenous tribes call it and science is just catching up on this tiny little detail that puts everything at its head.
What you know.
And the light drops into your root,
The base of your spine,
Your hips.
Your sexual organs,
Center of passion and joy.
Full alignment of what you see,
What you express,
What you feel,
Who you are,
What you are creating and moving forward.
That beautiful light down here.
Feel it,
Feel it warming up your pelvis,
This entire space.
Your mind's eye you might want to wiggle your left and right hip.
And allowing the light to soak in deeper.
And the light continues to drop down your legs,
To your knees,
Your calves,
Your chin,
Your ankles all the way into your feet.
The top of your feet,
Down your arches and the soles of your feet.
And you imagine yourself standing,
Standing somewhere in nature.
As if you were in your own most peaceful environment in nature.
And this can be anywhere.
Maybe a beautiful garden or at the beach,
On top of a mountain,
In a desert,
On a mountain with snow.
I don't know where you are,
You know.
And you stand there and you feel the earth beneath you.
You feel the light sipping out of your,
Out of the soles of your feet.
Out of your toes.
Just like with your hands,
Everything that's not in alignment.
And this beautiful light just seeps into the earth as if you're watering the earth with this light.
Like sacred water.
Like peace juice.
Sending it over to the earth,
It's like we do with our breath.
We breathe out that what is toxic for us.
And the trees inhale it freely,
It's their food.
And then they return pure divine oxygen right back to us.
The circle of life.
So allow the light to take even more.
This is just old stuff that you no longer need.
And your body freely releases everything,
All of the weight is just dropping off you,
Joyfully,
Gently moving into the earth.
If there's anything that you still feel like holding onto because you can bear it and you don't want anybody else to have this.
There's anything that you're holding onto like that,
Just share it.
Allowing it to drop into the earth.
Handing it over to your mother,
To mother earth.
You break through that resistance and you allow it,
You trust.
Just for a moment you can have it back if you want at the end.
But now just allow,
Just experience with it.
How would it feel to be without that?

Emotion,
An old story,

Just experience.
Play.

You might start just below your knees or at your feet,
Whatever gives you the most stability,
Like a tree,
Really tuning into the earth,

And feeling their stability.
Next time you're in nature you might practice this yourself,
Just standing on the ground,
Just feeling that light washing through your body,
And then feeling,

Imagining those roots anchoring into the earth,

Experiencing,

The deepest grounding you have ever experienced,
The cleanest cleansing you have ever experienced.
And you come back,

All the light that evaporates through you from you is just so divine right now,
And you breathe in and out through your heart.

You might even be able to listen to their individual tones,

And you feel this spark of joy coming up through your roots,

Just dance through this light.

You might be playing with the clouds,
There are some birds flying by and you keep rising.
Feeling so light,
So easy to move.
Maybe do a somersault,
Swim like a fish,
Fully experiencing your flexibility,
Your lightness,
Your strength.
How can you be strong if everything is so light?
And yes you can,
You feel that strength.
Everything is so easy,
So in flow.
And you keep rising and rising,
Following your path.
And now you might have realised that you breathe deeper and slower.
Tuning into your breath you might realise that there is more oxygen coming into your body.
Smell the oxygen here.
Isn't that how peace melts,
How health smells,
Love,
Unconditional love.
Today tuning into the frequency,
The smell of world peace.
You've just seen with your own eye how everybody just released all they wanted.
It had to be released,
They've been cleansed divinely.
And they've grounded,
Connected as well.
And you find yourself surrounded by all these beautiful people,
These beautiful souls,
Your soul family,
Your soul tribe gathering.
Really feeling this community.
Really feeling this community.
Coming into unity.
Whatever way or form you imagine.
There is this beautiful being,
This being of light that stands before you.
She welcomes you,
She loves you and you recognise her.
And you hug each other or say hello in whatever way you feel called to.
Maybe you bow in front of each other or place forehead to forehead connecting your first eyes.
Maybe a heart and belly hug.
Maybe you dance for each other,
I don't know.
Just say hi in your own beautiful way.
And you know who she is,
The goddess of peace.
With this divine aura that surrounds her and also surrounds you.
No words are needed to communicate.
Telepathy is the language of peace.
And you can ask her any question or just spend a little bit of time with her.

Feeling that peace nourishing your body.
Soaking it all up into your being.
And with a group of others you sit around a fire with her.
And she speaks through the fire with you,
With all of you,

And as you look into the fire there is one spark,
One light that kind of travels out of the fire.
It's a divine light of peace.
And each of you receives their very own unique flame of peace.
And you hold it in your hands watching it dance in so much beauty and balance and peace.
What is its colour,
Its shape?
And she gives you a little pouch to safely keep it with you,
Like a little medicine pouch.
And you place it into this little medicine pouch,
Your flame of peace.
And you instantaneously know how to use it.
You have your very own way to use it,
Unique to you.
Whenever you step into a place where you feel tension that doesn't feel in alignment with peace,
You know how to use your flame of peace.
If you meet a person that doesn't seem to be in alignment with peace,
You know how to change your perception,
You know how to change that situation.
And you can rehearse this,
You can just spend a few moments in the morning or in the evening and use this flame of peace,
Intentionally sending it where you feel like it's needed.
And you realise,
You become aware that wherever you send peace,
It carries the vibration of unconditional love straight with it.
And you may be surprised by the effect of using it,
By the power of this flame.
It's very special.
Flame of peace.
You can send it to places,
To people,
But also to animals and plants,
Really to all beings,
To the ground,
To the soil,
To mama earth,
To further sky.
Just listen to your intuition,
Using it wisely.
The core thing is,
The more you use it,
The more powerful it gets.
And the more peaceful you are becoming.

Feel the strength of peace.
Feel your own aura of peace expanding.

Don't judge it,
Just witness it.
