We can take just a few minutes to pay attention to our breathing body, to be with ourselves close-up or from a slight distance so that we feel regulated in our awareness of the breathing body, and to acknowledge how important our breath is.

So if you'd like to close your eyes either fully or partially.

Bringing your awareness to your breathing.

We're just bringing our awareness very gently very lightly to our breathing.

Especially if it feels a little uncomfortable to be aware of your breathing.

You might even imagine being a little distance from your body and just noticing your breathing body from from a little distance away.

Noticing how your body moves as you breathe.

Your body knows how to breathe.

There's nothing we need to do to make our body breathe.

Can we simply observe our body doing this really simple but really important job.
