Hello and welcome to this meditation.
My name is Laya.
Please take a moment to find a comfortable position One in which you can let yourself Relax and perhaps feel at ease Take a moment to make yourself as comfortable as possible and then a little bit more when you're ready Go ahead and soften your gaze or if you rather Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose Hold it in for a moment and then release it slowly Breathe in again fill up your entire body and exhale deep breath in through your nose Let it out start to attune yourself to the cadence of your natural breath as you do So notice any tension and your physical body that you can soften or let go of observe any discomfort But also let yourself Recognize the spaces that feel open relaxed and soft take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out Start to visualize yourself in a place that inspires you it may be a private office Or a studio perhaps.
It's a park the mountains or the beach Start to imagine the colors the lighting the textures take a few deep breaths Use all your senses to anchor yourself.
Exhale completely Notice what you notice any feelings of resistance or distraction to start to dissipate And as you find yourself in this space that is inspiring and relaxing Grounding for you begin to imagine yourself surrounded by everything that you need to be productive and creative Whatever that means to you Perhaps there is a large window with a view of the outdoors or art supplies or your notebook top Let yourself look around and notice that everything is in its place that the sense of order and calm is reassuring in Deeply breathe out completely take this moment as you notice how you feel to connect with your intention Yes,
You want to be productive and creative today?
But truly ask yourself why is it that you want to tap into your creativity?
How do you intend to take care of yourself as you engage in the act of creating flow?
Curiosity and exploration Take a deep breath in sigh it out Do they connect to the ebb and flow of your breath as it enters and leaves your physical body?
Perhaps you begin to imagine prana the life force as a wave of creativity moving through you Every inhale lifts you and expands you and every exhale allows you to release any resistance and fear Visualize the waves of your breath up and down like the waves in the sea breathe in drawing in Inspiration and ideas and insights from the world around you and as you exhale ground yourself and your own truth and your own inner knowing Connection and creativity letting go of any concerns Destruction that hold you back inhale expansion front to back side to side up to bottom exhale to soften Remaining as connected to the cadence of your breath as you possibly can planting this seed to this day this project This activity deep breath in through your nose sigh it out.
Perhaps making a little bit of sound once you feel ready Starting to connect with a sense of gratitude for this time with yourself Start to bring movement back to your hands or your feet move your head from side to side Just taking this moment to remember your inner connection to this creativity to this flow That is always available to you when you remember to breathe And to be present once you're ready open your eyes and move on with your day May you be creative and productive today.
See you next time
