Hey there.

Welcome.

I'm Lauren Behr.

I'm really glad you're here.

Let's go ahead and get comfortable now.

Let your body find a soft landing wherever is comfortable for you today.

Maybe you're sitting cross-legged with a blanket wrapped around you.

Maybe you're lying down warm and safe.

Wherever you are,

Take a long gentle breath in and a slow easy breath out.

Let your jaw soften.

Let your shoulders drop.

And if you're holding on to anything,

Thoughts,

Expectations,

Worries,

Just imagine setting them down beside you like a heavy bag.

We're not taking them into the grove.

Now let's let our awareness drop slowly from the head down into your heart.

Let's just breathe there for a moment.

And as we feel our bodies relaxing,

We allow our awareness to drop down from the heart into the belly area.

Again,

Let's just breathe into this for a moment.

And now let's allow that to drop further down through our hips,

Our thighs,

And our knees.

Bring your awareness to your calves and your ankles,

And finally your feet.

Let's imagine that we're standing on cool earth,

Bare feet,

Soft and grounded.

The air is rich with the scent of pine and moss.

You're at the edge of a hidden forest grove and in your hand is a small lantern.

The lantern glows with a soft golden light just enough to guide your steps.

You can't see the whole path ahead,

But you feel the invitation in your bones.

This place is ancient,

Alive,

And safe.

You begin walking forward,

Barefoot on the moss.

Your skin drinks in the story of the forest with each step.

The spongy softness of the ground,

The occasional smooth root or stone,

The cool air brushing against your skin.

The trees are tall and reverent.

Their trunks like sentinels.

Their leaves whispering in a language older than memory.

You don't need to understand the words to feel welcome here.

Every so often,

Your lantern flickers like it's breathing with you.

Alive and aware.

You're realizing it's not showing you where to go,

It's responding to where your intuition leads.

The path isn't linear.

It curves and dips,

But it always feels true.

Somewhere nearby,

You hear the soft hoot of an owl.

The trees part slightly and you come upon a small stone circle half covered in moss.

It feels sacred.

Maybe people once gathered here to dream together,

Or maybe they still do.

You feel called to sit down at the center of the circle.

The earth beneath you is cool and grounding.

You place your lantern beside you.

It casts a gentle glow on the nearby trees.

You can see their bark shimmering with a soft silver hue,

Almost like moonlight lives in their skin.

It's a quiet stillness.

You start to feel something rise from within,

A memory or maybe more like a knowing of the part of you that has always known how to listen.

The part of you that walks barefoot through life,

Trusting your own rhythm,

Even when the world gets loud.

You breathe in this remembering.

You breathe out anything that doesn't belong.

Feel into that deep part of yourself now.

That soft glowing core,

Like a flame cupped in two gentle hands and ask her,

What do you want me to remember?

What am I being guided toward?

And just listen.

You might hear words or see a symbol or simply feel a knowing in your body.

Whatever comes,

Trust that it's for you.

Now let's take another breath and feel the air around you shift.

As if the trees are breathing with you.

Like the forest is saying,

Thank you for remembering.

You rise slowly.

You pick up your lantern,

Now glowing just a little brighter.

And you begin walking back the way you came,

Except now it feels different.

The ground beneath you still soft,

But your steps feel sure.

Like your inner compass has been lovingly recalibrated.

Even though you'll leave this sacred grove,

You'll carry it within you.

The stillness,

The ancient welcome,

The glowing guidance of your deep intuition.

Take a breath in and exhale.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feeling yourself coming back to your body,

To your space,

To this moment.

And when you're ready,

Let your eyes gently open.

And when you feel ready,

You can resume your day.

Thank you for walking this path with me.

Your presence is magic.

Go gently.
