Hey there.

Welcome.

I'm Lauren Behr.

I'm really glad you're here.

Let's draw the curtains and dim the lights.

Spin some moonlit silk into this dreamy journey.

This will be a 15-minute guided body scan meditation starting at the crown of your head and gently flowing all the way down to your toes.

It's laced with mystical softness and feminine warmth like a lullaby sung by the stars crafted to melt tension and to invite your soul to rest.

Slip beneath the covers,

Goddess.

Feel the weight of this moment invite you into stillness.

You've done enough today.

Now it's your time.

Time to drift,

To soften,

And to come home to your sacred self.

Take a slow breath in and sigh it out gently.

Let's do that again.

Inhale,

Light and calm.

Exhale,

Surrender and release.

Let your body settle like river stones and water.

No need to fix.

No need to change.

Just be.

You are whole exactly as you are.

Now let's begin our journey at the top,

The crown of your head.

That glowing temple of intuition and spirit.

Imagine a silvery light there like starlight on snow.

Feel it warming the crown of your head in just the right way.

Imagine that you can feel the opening of soft petals of your inner knowing.

And as these petals open,

Relax your scalp.

Unclench your jaw.

Let any tension in your temples melt away.

Let your third eye relax.

Let this light of relaxation spill downwards to your forehead,

To your eyebrows,

The space between your eyes.

Feel your thoughts soften as if they were falling in slow motion.

There's no need to hold on to any thoughts.

It's safe to rest now.

Bring awareness to your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your lips.

Soften your entire face.

Feel your tongue rest in the cradle of your mouth.

Imagine that every muscle in your face is relaxing like how honey pools in a bowl,

Slowly evening out in its relaxation.

Soften your neck and your neck state.

Now let's let this glow of relaxation drift down to your neck.

Imagine your throat,

Your voice,

Your truth,

Your center of expression,

Taking this time for sacred rest.

So many thoughts here,

So many words,

So many swallowed thoughts.

Tonight we're letting that all dissolve.

Imagine your breath nourishing your throat and let it soften.

Feel this glow continue to your shoulders.

Ah,

Your shoulders,

So much you've carried.

Let them drop,

Goddess.

Let yourself be held and supported by rest and sleep.

Let the weight pour off of you and into the earth below you.

Feel that softness spread into your arms,

Down to your elbows,

Through your forearms,

To your wrists,

Your palms.

Feel your hands rest.

Loosen your fingers.

Feel your fingers receptive to receive the dreams of the night.

Moving back to our torso,

Bring your attention back to your heart,

That wild,

Wondrous heart of yours.

Feel it pulsing,

Feel it glowing.

Let your chest expand as if you're breathing in moonlight.

Exhale the day and inhale peace and rest.

Exhale everything that is not love.

Let this relaxation flow into your ribs and your belly.

Feel your womb space,

Your center of creation and knowing.

Send it gratitude.

Place a hand there if it feels good.

Whisper to yourself,

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am sacred.

I am home.

Melt into your hips.

Feel the relaxation sinking into your pelvis,

Letting go of tension,

Of gripping,

Of holding.

Feel yourself supported,

Cradled by the earth's embrace.

Now feel the warm glow roll down your thighs.

Let it trace every inch of you,

Softening the quads,

Loosening your knees,

Washing down into your calves.

Let gravity hold you.

Feel how deeply supported you are.

We're moving to the ankles and your sweet,

Hard-working feet.

Let them rest.

Let the aches soften.

Let your toes relax as if they're unfurling.

Feel that your entire body now is a vessel of calm,

A temple,

A home.

A temple of quiet magic.

Let's scan once more from head to toe.

Move through your head,

Your crown,

Your face,

Your jaw.

Relax anything that is still holding tension.

Move into your neck,

Your shoulders.

Your chest and your arms.

Breathe softness into any remaining tension.

Move through your heart,

Your belly,

Your womb,

And your hips.

Feel if your back,

And especially your low back,

Has any tension to release.

Scanning through the hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

And your feet.

Everything is slower now,

Softer,

Deeper.

You are ready to drift into the dreamscape,

To be carried by the stars,

To rest in the arms of the goddess within.

Take another inhale.

Sigh it out slowly.

Let sleep take you to beautiful dreams,

My love.

Go gently.
