Hi,
I'm Lori and welcome to this guided meditation for helping you activate and maintain your intuition.
It will help you move one step closer to living your authentic life.
This meditation is best done laying down,
So find a comfortable location where you can lay down,
Adjust the pillows and blankets just so.
Make sure there's no phone on and there's no background music.
Now I'd like you to place your non-dominant hand over your heart center in the middle of your chest.
Then place your dominant hand over your solar plexus,
Which is the area of your torso between your belly button and your sternum.
If this feels uncomfortable,
This is your opportunity now to get up,
Pause this recording and get a couple of pillows to support your elbows.
This is a critical component to activating and connecting to your intuition,
So we want you to be comfortable and able to relax as this is the position you will be in through this whole meditation.
Now that you're comfortable and your hands are over your heart and your solar plexus,
Just breathe naturally.
Your brain and your heart both share common sensory neurites,
As they are sensory in nature.
Just you touching your heart center and your solar plexus results in a sensation of heat coming from your hands.
This heat will trigger your brain to pay attention.
Your brain will say to itself,
Why is there a hand on my heart and solar plexus?
This process within seconds quiets your mind and helps to shift your focus.
You are immediately starting to connect your heart,
Your solar plexus and your mind right now just by touching these areas.
Keeping your hands over your heart and your solar plexus through this meditation will help you to activate your knowing and your inner truth,
Your intuition.
So just breathe naturally and notice how your nervous system is starting to calm down.
By activating these sensory neurites,
You are telling your brain you are safe and it's okay to pay attention and connect to your heart and your solar plexus.
On your next exhale,
I'd like you to relax your legs and your feet,
Releasing any tightness or tension you feel.
Breathe naturally.
Now turn your attention to your buttocks,
Your hips,
Your pelvic bone and as you inhale,
Relax and breathe into those areas.
Exhaling any tension or tightness,
Stress or strain,
Anything that feels like it's tender or pulling,
Just relax and release.
Now moving up your body,
I want you to relax your sacral and your solar plexus,
The abdomen and the stomach area of your body.
Breathe into these areas above and below your belly button,
Releasing any stress or tension,
Any worries or fear,
Doubts.
Release any negative thoughts or emotions that aren't serving your highest and greatest good on every exhale.
Now let's turn your attention to the top of your spine and all the way along your spine right through your tailbone.
Breathe into this area,
Imagining the breath going up and down the spine and as you exhale,
Relax and release tension or tightness,
Any knots,
Any stress,
Any anxiety,
Just let it melt down your spine.
Next I want you to drop your shoulders and as you focus on that,
Unlock and release with intention any tension or stress you feel that's tight across your shoulders.
Every exhale,
Release and relax.
Unlock the tension and stress at the base of your neck where it connects to the shoulders and imagine this tension from your neck and shoulders like fluid slowly melting down over your shoulders,
Past your biceps and triceps,
Your elbows,
Into your forearms and right out your fingertips.
So a nice big breath in,
Relaxing your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your spine,
Let it all just go.
Now I want you to relax your head and your eyes,
Let the weight of your head be supported by the pillow,
Soften your cheeks and release any jaw tension by wiggling your jaw left and right.
With every exhale,
Just release the stress,
Anxiety and tension from your day.
Now I want you to breathe into your chest and your heart center.
We want to open up the heart center,
So feel the breath moving into your heart as you breathe,
Through your heart.
Now as you breathe through your heart,
I want you to consciously visualize moving the breath through your heart,
Then through your solar plexus before it fills your lungs.
This process takes milliseconds.
Breathe in through your heart,
Through your solar plexus,
Then into your lungs.
And when you exhale,
You're exhaling any grief,
Any frustration,
Any sorrow,
Any anger,
Any negative emotions you're feeling,
Any resentment,
We're just letting that all go.
So take four nice,
Slow deep breaths,
Concentrating on getting the breath to move through your heart and solar plexus before it fills your lungs.
Now I want you to imagine you're sitting on a large boulder at the edge of a lake shore.
It is a very vast lake surrounded by mountains and rolling hillsides covered in forest.
It is morning and there is a gentle breeze blowing through the trees.
As you sit there,
You become aware of your bare feet in the sand below.
You can feel the coolness of the sand and yet you feel warm inside and at peace.
You can feel the warmth of the sun raise as they reach your face.
Your whole body feels warm and relaxed.
With every inhale,
Breathe in the warmth of the sun and with every exhale,
Feel your body relaxing deeper and deeper.
You are safe and at peace here.
As you sit in the warmth of the sun,
Visualize roots growing from your root chakra,
Your bottom area,
Down the backs of your legs and out your feet,
Stretching and reaching deep into the core of the earth.
With every inhale,
Feel the earth energy starting to move up through your feet and up your legs and into your body.
With every inhale,
You can feel the earth's energy moving up into and throughout your whole being.
Through this process,
You are grounding yourself to the negative charge of Mother Earth,
The negative charge that you need for balance and harmony.
Just breathe in that energy.
Now we are going to connect with your higher self.
So I want you to visualize as you are sitting by this lakeshore with the warmth of the sun caressing your being.
Visualize a beautiful silver cord running from the bottom of your feet,
Up your legs,
Up your spine,
Right out the top of your head,
Going straight up,
Straight up into the divine energy above.
You are connecting with the positive energy charge of our earth and atmosphere when you are connecting with the divine energy.
As you inhale,
Visualize receiving a surge of loving,
Healing energy from the divine directly into your heart center.
With every inhale,
Visualize this energy flowing down your silver cord and into your heart,
Healing your heart with love and healing light and energy.
By connecting to the positive charge of the divine and the negative charge of the earth,
You are starting to create harmony through balance,
Activating the connection between your higher self and your physical being.
Now I am going to teach you how to breathe to pull those two energies together to help you connect with your intuition and your higher self.
So on your next breath in,
I want you to visualize breathing a deep breath in from the divine above you,
Pulling down the loving,
Healing energy directly in your heart.
Breathe in pulling up the energy from mother earth into your whole body.
Then exhale.
Breathe in pulling down from the divine through your silver cord directly into your heart.
Then exhale.
Breathe in pulling up the earth energy through your feet into your body.
And exhale.
Breathe in pulling the energy down from above into your heart.
And exhale.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in pulling up the energy through your feet.
Exhale.
Breathe in pulling the energy from the divine.
And exhale.
Continually,
Consciously breathing in this manner through this meditation will help the connection.
Connecting with every inhale and relaxing with every exhale.
We're going to work through different affirmations to help you connect and activate your intuition.
So breathing in this way will help maintain that connection.
So repeat after me.
I am a spiritual being,
A being of light and love.

Solar plexus and mind connection as well.
You will connect what you know is best for you with what your heart's desires are,
With what your brain needs to function in our external world.
With practice and over a very short period of time,
You'll be connecting to,
Activating and using your intuition daily on a more conscious level without really even being aware of it.
In the process,
You will become aware of your body's biological changes and sensations for communicating a positive or negative response.
Listen to your body.
Listen to your heart and your intuition and act on those messages.
