Welcome,
To your reconnection to gratitude.
First,
Let's take a few breaths.
Slowly and steadily in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Placing a hand or two hands on your belly may feel comfortable for you.
And as you begin to settle in to gratitude,
The incredible force of gratitude that moves through all of us,
Take a moment to be open to what you might be grateful for today.
Which parts of your life right now do you feel grateful for?
It might be shelter,
Food,
Water.
It might be a deep conversation you just had with a loved one.
It may be your ability to overcome all you have just been through.
Just let your mind and your intuition draw your attention to the areas of your life right now that you can feel grateful for.
And now,
Cast your mind back over the last year,
Two years,
Three years to see what else you are grateful for in your life.
And as you do this,
Let yourself deeply feel the experience of your gratitude.
You may feel a lightness or an opening in your heart,
Your heart chakra at the center of your chest.
You may feel some joy,
Some sweet tears,
A feeling of connection to any of these events,
People,
Places,
Things that you are grateful for.
Notice how your body opens when you think of these moments and events that bring you gratitude.
An affirmation you can recite,
I am grateful for all of the blessings in my life.
I am grateful for all of the blessings in my life.
I am grateful for all of the blessings in my life.
And now,
With a grateful,
Open heart,
Allow yourself to feel the future timeline that you are creating today,
The coming days,
Weeks,
Months,
Years,
And allow yourself to feel gratitude for the experiences you are yet to have.
An affirmation for this is,
I am grateful for all of the blessings yet to come.
I am grateful for all of the blessings yet to come.
And now,
To close,
Thank yourself for being willing to walk through this life and whatever it may bring every single day.
I am grateful for my soul and human resilience.
I am grateful for my soul and human resilience.
In gratitude to you,
Have a good day.
