Welcome,

My name is Lente.

In this guided meditation I will ask just a few minutes of your time to relax and center yourself.

Feel free to leave whatever you were doing and join this meditation or save it for later as a little gift to yourself whenever you feel disconnected from the life around you.

Wherever you are,

Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down and put on your headphones.

Take a moment to soften your eyes,

Allow the palms of your hands to fall open and take a journey within.

Start to scan your body from head to toe.

Can you relax a little more?

Feel a wave of relaxation roll over your face,

Releasing the cheeks,

Teeth and jaw.

Feeling the throat soften and allow the arms and shoulders to be heavy.

Follow this wave of relaxation all the way down over the chest,

Belly,

Hips and legs,

Down to the tips of your toes,

Releasing any unwanted energy.

Come back to your belly,

Back to the natural rising and falling of the belly.

Let the breath be gentle and simply notice the rhythm and texture of the inhale as the belly moves away from the body and the exhale pulling the belly back in.

Stay with this gentle,

Natural rhythm for the next few breaths,

Observing the flow in and out.

The breath is the natural flow of being in sync with life,

Giving and taking,

Receiving and releasing.

Focus on this beautiful relationship between the breath,

You and life.

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath in and exhale,

Give the breath back to the earth.

Inhaling,

Allowing your body to gain space and exhaling,

Giving the air a way out.

Take another deep breath in and receive new energy.

Breathe out,

Release any excess energy.

Take a few more deep breaths here.

With every inhale,

Allow yourself to invite in something beautiful.

With every exhale,

Give something beautiful back to the life around you.

Feeling connected to this constant exchange of energy,

You and the world around you as one,

Aligned and centred.

Whenever you are ready to let go of the meditation,

Let go.

And go on with your day,

Carrying this beautiful,

Constant exchange of life and energy with you.
