Hello wonderful people,

My name is Linda and I hope you are having a beautiful day.

This meditation is for letting go of tension,

Stress,

Worry or anything that weighs heavy on your heart.

So find a comfortable seat or if you prefer lying down,

That will also do.

Take a moment to find your space for this meditation.

If you are sitting,

Take the hands onto the knees,

Palms facing up.

Now whenever you are ready,

Gently close your eyes and be confident that this space you have chosen to be is enough for you to relax and to let go.

Check back in with the body,

With the mind.

Take notice on how you are doing today and then can you move your mind towards this space and your body in this space.

And to help you to really tune in,

Take 3 deep nourishing breaths.

Inhaling through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Again inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Next deep breath in and exhale fully.

Let the breath move freely in and out of the body.

Start to move your attention towards the crown of your head.

See if you can grow a little bit taller.

Finding space at the crown of the head and then from there,

Release any tension you are holding onto and let relaxation ripple down the body.

Find the space on your forehead,

Let it go.

Soften the scalp of the head,

The back of the neck.

Even your eyelids,

Your cheeks,

Even the tongue of your mouth is soft.

Unclench the jaw.

Find the space around your throat.

And let your shoulders be heavy,

Your arms be heavy.

Your hands resting softly on the knees or wherever they are,

Relax the fingers.

And then move towards the space around your heart.

And let go of heaviness you might have been carrying around.

Know that there is no need to hold onto that.

And then let go of the heart.

Let it be soft and open today.

Allow the relaxation to move further down.

Soften the belly.

Allow your natural breath to move in and out exactly the way the body intends to.

Trust the body.

Allow the breath to move freely.

Let the hips be heavy.

Feel the sitting bones connected to the earth.

Let the legs be heavy,

The knees be heavy.

And your calves,

Your ankle joints,

The feet moving all the way down to the toes.

Feeling the complete body.

There is no more physical tension.

You are soft,

Gentle and true.

In this moment,

You have shed that layer of tension.

And bringing yourself closer to a lighter heart and then next to that physical tension,

Let go of any tension you are still holding onto in the mind.

Face this moment.

Enjoy the softness and know that you can let go of anything at any moment,

Whenever you want to.

That is within your power.

Now take a deep inhale for space and light.

And exhale any last tension residing within the body or the mind.

Again deep breath in through the nose.

And then exhale out of the mouth.

Last deep breath to inhale.

And then exhale let go,

Let go,

Let go.

Enjoy your day.
