Welcome to the practice.
Let's begin our meditation of unconditional love.
Find a comfortable sitting cross-legged position.
Let yourself a moment to settle.
And now you can close your eyes.
Let's start with listening and observing your feelings.
Breathe deeply through your nose,
Inhale and exhale.
You are now comfortable and safe.
Feel what is happening inside of your body,
What sensation you can recognize.
Listen the beating of your heart.
Just be the observer of who you are,
What feelings bother you.
Just observe and don't try to figure out why you feel it.
Your body is a space that is filling with love with every breath.
Love fills every cell of your body and you feel how it glows inside.
It is a very small light but with your every deep inhale it turns into a radiance.
It grows and grows,
Warming you with its safe and sincere warmth.
And this warmth comes from the depth of your heart.
Just let yourself feel it.
Place your hands on your heart center and feel this radiance of love.
You can make it brighter much more.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Open your mouth and let it go with breath out.
Just let yourself accept your body unconditionally.
Right now.
Don't resist this feeling of loving yourself.
Love and accept your body as it is,
Without judgment.
Just accept that you already have everything to love.
This is your body.
You take care by meditation.
With every exhale send your love to every finger,
Every vertebra,
Every cell of your beautiful unique body that makes you as you are.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Open your mouth and let it go with breath out.
Let yourself a moment to enjoy these feelings.
Take a slow deep inhale and with the exhale gently open your eyes.
