Chakras are the interface between Universal ‘life force’ energy and the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects that make you an individual. Holding the data of all your significant experiences in life, your chakras provide a rich resource for your personal development and self-healing. This course takes you on a journey of self-discovery as you work with the chakra system to explore how it deepens self-knowledge and supports health and wellbeing. The course marries Eastern philosophy with contemporary Western psychology. It offers ways for you to work with your chakras to manage the challenges of everyday life, as well as achieve your deepest aspirations. Each session provides a combination of teaching and guided meditation. In acknowledgement of the inspirational work on the chakras of both Anodea Judith and Caroline Myss. Music by Christopher Lloyd Clarke, featuring ‘The Seven Sacred Centers’.


Meet your Teacher

Linda has over 25 years of experience in the integrative health care field as a healer, personal development coach, psychology practitioner, and meditation teacher. She is qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and Emotional Freedom Technique and Subtle Energy Healing and works as a psychology practitioner for The Optimum Health Clinic Foundation, leading worldwide specialists in stress related conditions. Linda has extensive experience in helping patients manage their stress levels and explore their own personal growth through mind-body awareness and meditation.

The Third Chakra

In this session, we learn that the governing energy of your solar plexus chakra is personal power. Don't worry if you can't feel anything regarding your chakras, I couldn't either at the start. As you kept doing it, though you will be able to focus in more easily each time. I have to admit I thought this was nonsense going in to it but having done it now 30 times there is no doubt there is something to it! A Great course led by a great instructor, and definitely a meditative practice I'll be coming back to regularly.

Best course on chakras by far…love the detail on each one presented in the beginning sessions. Had hoped for slightly more guidance in some of the theme-based ones, but I think that is because working with them is still developing for me. The last session was amazing…wish it was available as a stand-alone meditation so I could listen again and again. Will definitely repeat this course to go deeper. Highly recommended.
