Very effective! I didn’t know how much I needed this. I am deeply grateful to have found this meditation. Your style quite resonated with me as I followed your kind voice. My body and mind settled into softness as heaviness was released. I appreciate the subtle yet profound experience - it was effortless. I especially liked its not having music playing in the background, which I find is usually too loud and very distracting to an otherwise pleasant meditation. Having difficulty letting go of grief for a very sad situation. This really helped to soften the hard edges of fear, sadness, anxiety & grief. Thank you 🙏🏻☮️

Didn’t realise this would bring up such strong, difficult emotions. This is good am sure, otherwise they would be suppressed down deep. Difficulty is much stronger than I thought so may need to do this meditation more than just once. Thank you for your help! 🙏🏻💕🙏🏻
