Namaste and welcome to this mindful meditation.

My name is Lisa Let's together take a journey in Begin by finding a posture that's relaxing,

But not too stiff or rigid We can either be sitting or lying down Resting your hands in a very comfortable position Let's together do that one more time take a collective in-breath Or soften your gaze towards the earth If you're outside the temperature outside at the tip of your nose Notice are your clothes filled next to your skin Begin to come aware of the breath Not trying to change it just allow the breath To allow the belly to rise and fall on its own very very little effort Notice your facial expressions Soften the expression on the forehead Allow the eyes to sink into the eye sockets Soften your cheeks Allow the tongue to fall to the back of the mouth And soften the chin Notice if you're clenching your hands or your feet Just use those sensations or emotions as information
