Open your imagination and let's journey in.

Closing your eyes,

Relaxing your body,

And take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

Letting your body become loose and relaxed.

Take another deep breath in and send a wave of vitality and relaxation through your body,

As the warm sand squeezes between my toes,

As my eyes take in the infinite blue sky above,

Promising a beautiful day of sunshine,

With the big fluffy white clouds adding a touch of ecstasy.

I continue to walk lazily and easily down this sandy path,

As a soft warm breeze swirls around me,

I catch the scent of the sweetest flowers that are in bloom,

Sweet and fruity,

Reminding me of a perfect sun-ripened mango,

A juicy tropical smell mixed with plumeria and coconut,

Deliciously flowing with the breeze,

Inhaling its delightful scent,

I notice a deep sense of calmness and tranquility that sweeps over me.

And skin are bathed in pure beauty,

I can even taste the perfume of the blooms in the air,

Both sweet and fresh,

The aroma flowing right to my brain,

Intoxicating,

Heavenly,

Rich and healing.

I have this spontaneous inner knowing that great things are coming for me,

Everything is aligning,

I can feel the excitement building and bursting forth from within,
